Huge mistake by Fenix for choosing that greenish SST-20 LED, instead of the Cree XP-G3. For many years Fenix used good neutral white XP-G2 LEDs, so it was expected of them to go with the XP-G3 next.
Totaly agree on that one after using since I got it. Also is the magnet a deal maker or a breaker. Personaly do I not like it that everything metal in my pocket always got stuck on it.
You also can get SST20 without greenish tint and Crees with green tint. This has nothing to do that they are in general like that. The SST40 also often has a green tint when used by Fenix but I once had a Convoy with a SST40 and it didnt had a green tint. The LEDs have bin codes from which you can see which has more green neutral or pink tint. The one with green tint are a bit brighter. Thats what Fenix is looking for. Not light quality.
I have also this torch. The light is greenish. I use Nitecore Mt 10c. Nice flashlight.

The green/yellow tint of the v3 is terrible!
