I'd really have to know more about your business and what is important to you in order to see if there is a difference. Feel free to schedule some time on my calendar and we can chat about it: link.sluice-box.io/widget/booking/g4IDmjip2ILAKobuPWrb
Sounds like the person who’s going to teach you how to recruit is Sam Rodriguez who worked for eXp for many years. He was also a recruiter for another company prior to that. He’s a good guy. I’m sure some of your agents at eXp will come with you. The only thing is you really didn’t mention the benefits of Epique Realty and you mentions some of your issues with eXp. Kind of walking a fine line there. I appreciate your honesty and I wish you well! FYI: I’m agent 1689 and was sponsored by Brad Andersohn who is sponsored by Glenn Sanford. Although I’m not sponsored by these guys, they do offer training to me and their expertise at sponsoring agents. They all have done extremely well and I learned so much from them yet they don’t make a nickel from me.
Congrats on being an early adopter! I have nothing but gratitude for eXp and you can see me defend them to this day. I have a ton of friends over there and support them all and cheer for their success. I didn’t mention the benefits of Epique in this particular video because I have mentioned them many times in other videos. And this video was strictly addressing the often asked question of why would I leave such a large downline to start over. Cheers to your continued success!
@@leighcarson-braun4874 😂 thank you for the comment. If agents really understood how FLQ’s work, they’d know that I won’t need to. For example if I had a downline similar to this, I’d potentially be missing out on almost $45k. Tier 1: 9 Tier 2: 10 Tier 3: 11 Tier 4: 20 Tier 5: 20 Total: 70 Have a look for yourself: joinepique.com/compare/ 🚀
Are you more focused on production or recruitment? I am showing you did $4.6M over 10 transactions in the last 2 years… is that accurate? Just wondering if it’s easier to do recruitment with higher production levels versus less
Absolutely! That was reason #2 that I made the move. I watched FLQA's drop over and over again, not only in my downline, but in most others. When I left, there were 38 total agents out of 88,000 that had actually maximized the compensation plan. They all met at least 1 of 3 criteria. I had to be real with myself and ask these questions... 1) Can I do it? 2) If so, how long will it take? 3) How long would I be able to sustain it? Once answered honestly, I didn't find it to be sustainable for any agent not meeting one of the 3 criteria.
It only took a year! 😂 I am very happy for my eXp agent friends that will benefit from the changes that should have been made a long time ago. I can't help but think that Epique played a big role in the new rev share changes over there.

I am currently with eXp and considering Epique Realty, but I am not hearing what's different for me at Epique.

Could it be that you had a very small front line with very few FLQA's?
Absolutely!
