It's a concept. It wouldn't be economically or practically viable due to emissions, safety, passenger and luggage space, price, complexity, etc. You most likely wouldn't have bought it for the price tag and not be able to drive it on public roads.
If I ever have the money I'd get a custom car craftsman to build one of these for me. it is without doubt one of the most gorgeous, sexiest cars ever built.
