Treebeard Model, Using Real Lichens!

- Nothing looks more real than real. Thats why when I set about painting up a Treebeard model for my latest project, I decided to experiment with real lichens from the nearby woods to enhance his beard. Did it work out?

Looks great! I painted my Treebeard mini as if it was fall, with fall colors. So much fun!
I thought of doing him up in fall colours but it seemed too ambitious for my skill/patience level. Sounds awesome! Got any pics of him?
@@StudioDave I painted it for a friend that owns a plant nursery. He has a wealth of knowledge about trees, so it suited him. I only have a few bad pictures on my phone. Nothing online. Cheers!
