Removing homeless people from the street is something every city needs a proactive approach. It starts small and you ignore the 1 or 2 you see in your town and then it balloons out of control like New York City. Most of the money we are sending overseas could go intro training Americans who need work and removing all homeless from the streets. Make our country safe and other countries will be safe as well. Lead the way, don't just send money that we can't audit to know how that foreign government is spending American money.
