      I have probably got a lot of 4 move solves when I was slow (10 seconds average) and now I'm learning advanced method but probably I won't be able to do a sub 1😂

    Do you recommend learning CLL over EG ? Because I´m using EG and I´m curious if CLL is better. Obviously for CLL you only need one alg instead of two but the disadvantage is that you have to build one complete layer instead of just a side. And I think the EG algs are a bit shorter than the CLL algs (but I´m not sure)

    I only average low 5 on 2x2 but have a 1.5 lucky scramble. So Brody is right in that it's much easier than a 5 second 3x3 solve

    Wow I guess I got really lucky! There were 3 sides, where whichever one you chose you get an ll skip! And thank god I was using a stackmat and I got a 0.48! Haha that is absolutely crazy! (This happened a month back or something like that..)

      you can do in white, blue or yellow and you will get ll skip. I did in white.
      These are just the solutions I saw for each of the colors:
      White:
      z2 y U R U R’ U’
      Yellow: z2 x' z F’ R B U’ F’
      Blue: z’ x’ R’ U R U’ R’

    Were did you find the number of 4 move scrambles or how did you count them? I would like to know the probabilities to get 5 or 6 move solves, or the average optimal solution for 2x2.

    Thank you so much Brody now i have a unofficial record of 0.53 seconds it was four moves to solve the cube and a 4 move scramble try it out for your self. The scramble is U R' U R. And also the same day I got a scramble that can take 3 moves to solve and it took me 0.38 seconds sadly it was a 3 mover so I did not count as a solve :( . The scramble is R2 U' R' F' R' F U F R2 for the 3 move scramble.

      Trill them in a site for 2 days

    When I just purchased 2 by 2 I didn't know how to solve it but I knew how to solve 3 by 3 and just in fun I started to solve it in 3by 3 algorithms and I solved it now my best time to solve 2 by 2 is 5.12 second

    Optional step 6: learn 1LLS.

    Optional step 42 (?): learn all 3 milion or so solutions to all possible scrambles.

      Optimal step 42 is probably not optimal because you have to go through those 3 million permutations, and find the exact solution, without any mistakes, all under 15 seconds of inspection. So probably going to be probably impossible...

    I use a 3x3 cube and I can’t do finger tricks simply because it’s not fast enough, it does not have good corner cutting, and it jams often.

    When he talk about Lbl Ortega is the same thing except for the last step you need to learn 3 more alga and when making the bottom side you don’t need to make the blocks be in the correct. Spot

    You don't need a 4 mover to get sub-1, my PB (0.92) was a 5 or 6 mover if I remember correctly
