I could only get 3 sides everytime before giving up for a while and trying to go back only to mess it up and get 3 sides again. Definitely appreciate this video
You guy are missing steps I had that happen over and over again but I only did the last moves once and then I did it twice than I Did it so your most likely missing steps
a lot of your moves are listed incorrectly, like everything in the video except right and up. INVERTED = COUNTERCLOCKWISE. There were so many points in this video where you were saying counterclockwise/inverted and did the opposite and had the opposite on screen
Yea his moves are correct, but when he lists the notation its off. AND he says "counter" when it's really clockwise. Remember, clockwise as if you were looking at that side. Still helped but I can see people getting it wrong esp if you look at the notation. I learned 3x3 first, so when I found this vid I went right to the notation, which is off😂 if you just copy his moves it works tho
Him: "first solve the white side" Me: "okay. That should be easy-" Also me: solves the whole white side and with the matching colors all around. Him: "now we need to make the colors match on all sides of the white side." Me: "wait so I wasnt meant to solve that yet-"
Yeah I know it's just I already put in the work to solve the white side with all the sides matching around it xD so when I heard that it was like "bruh so I didnt need to do that?"

SuperNinja 2000 :o me too! I’m on the 4x4 as well and I started almost a month ago :OOOOOOOOOO
I plan on getting a 12 by 12 cube.
THANK YOU!! This is the only explanation that helped me solved the 2x2!!! The rest of the other videos make it too complicated or don't cover all details! Thanks for making it simple and easy!!! BEST!!! 👍🏻👍👍🏼

Took a while for me, as my cube was 6 works of art and not colours. Bought it from the National Gallery in London. Added an extra layer of complexity, but got the in the end. Thanks 🤗
New record 3 years,5 months,and 2 days
Antonio Espinosa lol u kept track
Lol
Antonio Espinosa 5 years 7 months and 6 days. Beat that
Mine is 21 sec and 46 mill sec
My record is 2 second and 02 miliseconds
I could only get 3 sides everytime before giving up for a while and trying to go back only to mess it up and get 3 sides again. Definitely appreciate this video
Yeah same I was so happy that I got three sides I thought I could just randomly do it by turning sides randomly lmao 🤣 So happy this vid helped

You guy are missing steps I had that happen over and over again but I only did the last moves once and then I did it twice than I Did it so your most likely missing steps
yes you are right
I memorized the “white” algorithim
Edit : why did this comment get so many likes
I just solve the white side myself without using the algorithm, it’s pretty easy
Lol same
@@garrylarry890 no he mean do the white with the first layer

I looked through a lot of 2 x 2 tutorials, but this is the best
White algorithm: 1:08
Top layer algorithm: 2:13
Yellow algorithm: 3:42
Rest of cube: 5:22
THANK YOU
a lot of your moves are listed incorrectly, like everything in the video except right and up. INVERTED = COUNTERCLOCKWISE. There were so many points in this video where you were saying counterclockwise/inverted and did the opposite and had the opposite on screen
Yeah the Down and Back sides are done wrong. They are supposed to be inverted as if you were looking at the face, not from your perspective.
Oh well.
Thank you, I thought I was going crazy
@@hewchy my entire cube got messed up on the last step.
Here are the steps (I think)
Video: 0:09
White Side: 0:25 (Skip: 1:37)
Top Lines: 1:37 (Skip: 3:01)
Yellow Side: 3:01
Rest of the cube: 4:56
Algorithms:
1:05 (R' D R D')
2:14 (R' D R L' D' L R' D R)
3:43 (R U R' U R U2 R')
5:21 (R' F R' B2' R F' R B2' R2 B2')
Jersen Mapper this comment is really helpful especially when you trying to memorize certain parts if the vid
I messed the last part 3 times, and now i solved it! Youre da best
Him: "first solve the white side"
Me: "okay. That should be easy-"
Also me: solves the whole white side and with the matching colors all around.
Him: "now we need to make the colors match on all sides of the white side."
Me: "wait so I wasnt meant to solve that yet-"
that happened to me too!

That is common so dont stress
Yeah I know it's just I already put in the work to solve the white side with all the sides matching around it xD so when I heard that it was like "bruh so I didnt need to do that?"

I don’t know bout u but I HAD 2 RESTART 17 TIME BECAUSE OF THE STUPID YELLOW ALGORITHM. Other than that this was a very helpful video
Edit: I never got so many likes thx XD

facts i had to do it over 9000 times hehe memes
Sean Kim YES I never got the yellow!
when he’s doing the yellow algorithm use blue instead, some rubric cube switch those colors, hope it works ♥️

You should be proud for being able to follow fixed algorithms that always get you to the solution!

Bless you. Been wrecking my brain for such an unnecessarily long time before your solution.
Maybe if you knew what the tower cube was, you'd know your solution.
Can you do a
Video and do it slow
@@nellimirzakhanyan6241 simple. Solve a side until the opposite side is solved. Then, only do double moves on the cube except for the axis that doesn't scramble the 2 sides.
I think he did some of his algorithm backwards so I’m in the process of re-writing the last 3 steps I’ll update when done
OK he only really messed up on the second one here it is if you like it ( R’ , D’ , R , L , D , L’ , R’ , D’ , R)
This used to work for my 2x2 but for some reason all of the sudden yellow would never solve no matter how many times I did the yellow algorithm
Pls help

same, i managed to get somehow blue solved top like 2 times. and somepoint i had 3 sides solved but yellow never came. SCAM
pieces probably got jumbled around.

if there is 3 yellow's on the top, twist the one thats not, that should fix it
