Liking Choso is permitted. He has a sick design, cool CT and usage of that CT, and in general has a pretty relatable motive of protecting and avenging his brothers. Plus he is a badass, he never even gave a thought to walking out of the bathroom... he was just on sight with Yuji until the conclusion of the battle.

People keep forgetting that Sukuna doesn't give a fuck about Yuji, even if Yuji dies there are still parts of Sukuna's soul trapped in the fingers so he has nothing to worry about. Yuji is just a puppet in Sukuna's game and losing him would mean nothing to him
Sukunas already had the conversation with Yuji that he doesn't need him to survive, he still has like 15 fingers left to come back into existence. I don't know how so many people forget this
Tbf to anime onlys, literally every single shonen out there with the demon trope does the same thing, naruto, bleach, black clover, etc. Obviously they’re gonna think jujutsu kaisen is no different especially since they haven’t seen what sukuna would actually do if he had temporary control in a populated area. Keep in mind the last time they saw sukuna actually do anything was back in episode 5 when he fought megumi, so that’s a loooong time

9:49 Sukuna doesn't actually need to keep Yuji alive at all (No manga spoilers ahead). The only benefit to keeping him alive would be to unite all 20 fingers and be at his full power. If Yuji died, Sukuna would still exist within the remaining fingers, PLUS there wouldn't be a way to get rid of the fingers until a new vessel appears, if ever. So it's actually somewhat beneficial for him to let Yuji die, somewhat bad. Personally, I think it would be a net positive for Sukuna if Yuji died.
Welcome back! This was a awesome fight and to be fair to yuji he's been fighting for the last 3-4 hours and stabbed once already. Choso briefly fought gojo with a team so he's pretty fresh off the bench. Our boy can take a beating that's for sure. Can't wait for the next reaction!

Why does literally every reactor want Sukuna to come out? He couldn't care less about Yuji, the last time he was out he ripped his heart out and nearly killed Fushiguro while Yuji could not surpress him. He also got more Fingers out there
Because it's been over 2 years since season 1 and a lot of people forgot exactly how the finger gimmick worked. As in, they remember what the fingers are and that eating them powers Yuji and Sukuna up but they forget that even if Yuji dies Sukuna could incarnate in the body of another person with the remaining fingers. Most people think this is his one and only life and so he needs to save Yuji to not die permanently too. It's a pretty easy and understandable mistake to make.
It's more of expectations of him to come out since he's in the OP and trailers. lol So people anticipating at any moment now where they think it may be the opportunity.

So Gojo did do that to get rid of Hanami strategically.

Plotwise Gojo is limited too because if he could, he would kill the other characters to leave no opponents for the cast to face. That's the thing, Gojo can be in the way of the plot, so from writing stand point he has to be removed from the situation for things to occur as him being captured is the main thing that drives the entire Shibuya Incident. lol
the reason why choso realizes that yuji itadori is his brother is because yuji itadori has the kenjaku gene which comes from his mother and choso and his other siblings have the kenjaku gene too so when they meet the same gene they feel like they have an inner bond because they have the same gene so that's it That's the reason why Choso didn't kill Yuji Itadori
