I like all the snowman ornaments but am partial to the traditional one. All your ornament styles are very nice. Thank you for sharing. Have a great day and stay safe.🙂🙂
I was wondering what I would do this year. After watching you for a few years now, I have made all but the Gnome. So this year it will be little bearded men. And thanks again Mike. 😶🌫
Hi Mike. Another good video. Love the Elves. I will be making some of these, running behind this year and need a few wrap ups. I will also be making some Angels. Really appreciate the ideas. A thought on the little Elves, I am going to try to make some BIG shoes to have sticking out the front. May be a failure, but… It came to me as I was looking at your cute little guys.
Love the ornaments, Mike! I'm partial to Frosty #3, which I've been turning the past week after watching your Frosty video - my wife loves them! Have a merry Christmas!
Mike, I like all your stuff but the #2 snowman/icicle is the one I will be making. I secured a spot at a local gallery that has a local artist sale in 2 weeks. It's a win-win deal. The gallery takes 30%, has a nice place, and even lets wood guys in to sell with no other fees. They do the marketing, run the checkout, collect the sales tax and send me a check for my 70%. Always looking for things I can make quick and easy that sell. I have a forest of no-kit Christmas trees. The wood came from the landfill and last year's (full-size) Christmas trees. My plan is to have lots of low-priced stuff and a few medium price and one item close to $300.(This says I am a real artist.)
I tried the first frosty, with a finial icicle on the bottom, but really did not like that shape. I really like the #2 , which I call a pinnacle snowman. I have turned many of these. And everyone likes the #3 iteration, and so do I. The #2 is the easiest to turn
Really enjoy watching your videos,I prefer Frosty No 2
Good choice!
Great collection of ideas Mike, thanks for sharing
Take care my friend
Cheers

You bet
Great ideas Mike.
Glad you like them!
Taking your video pattern to my beginner woodshop classes. Moving up from pen sets.
Go for it!
Mike, I really enjoy your videos. Thanks.
Glad you like them!
Great info Mike. I like #2, frosty icicle.
Good choice!
Love it
Nice.
Timely video, that season is upon us very soon. I kind of like Frosty #3 but then I'm a crusty traditionalist. 😁 Gonks are fun as well.
Same here!

Wow, that sounds great, Kent! Wish I had something like that here. My stuff is backing up on me.
Hey mike, i was adding some powdered turquoise with crazy glue to “accent a feature” of the wood. Do you have any videos about inlays?
Not really. I did a box video where I used powdered brass for an accent ring. I just never really got into inlys.
The one on the right but all is good
#3 ❤

I agree. It was the first Frosty I turned.
