      Sorry for late reply.
      Yes it was solved, go to the "Connection/Power" menu then the "HDBaseT setting" sub menu and ensure this is set to "LAN". If this is set to HDBaseT then the network port will not work on a network.

      Yes it was solved, go to the "Connection/Power" menu then the "HDBaseT setting" sub menu and ensure this is set to "LAN". If this is set to HDBaseT then the network port will not work on a network.

      If you put your connected RJ45 pin to projector to directly to your lan box and then install the application and search it on you will find easily also u connected 4 pc to projector as a same time

      I uploaded this video not in purpose to show people how I solved it, but it was intended to send to the supplier and show them what my problem was. Sorry for all misleading it brought to you. The solution was posted in the comments in text.
