What temperature do you fry them on to begin with?

I usually start between low and medium.. you want them to cook somewhat slowly so they don’t burn on the outside and undercook on the inside also do they don’t dry out. Towards the end I increase the heat just so it browns more on the outside. You don’t want to cook on high because the oil will pop.. thanks for watching! 😊

Fresh or thawed pork does not require rinsing before it is cooked because any bacteria on the surface of the meat will be destroyed during the cooking process.

To much oil in the pan.

Waste of time taking off the fat. There's hardly any on there...plus more than half of it cooks off during the process.
