@@theesper7404most people are very wasteful. I noticed with my age I collect nothing and give away everything…😂.. I used to collect lots. I remember my mum telling us “Please do not buy me anything I don’t want to clean it or find a spot for it”… I certainly know how she felt now. I’m thankful for our community “free group” instead of putting my “stuff” in the landfill I give it on that site. I certainly don’t judge anyone for what they have though….

Heidi, just a personal note. I cried when I saw you little ballet dancer. I have ballet costumes that belong to our precious dancer who was killed in a car wreck 10 years ago at the age of 26 and have wondered how to display them. Thank you for the idea of how I can memorialize that wonderful time in our lives!
Just beautiful!!!! In Boise Idaho, they take old bikes and paint them white and place them in an high traffic areas where someone was unfortunately hit while riding a bike. They make a sweet yet mindful statement to drivers to watch for bicyclest. They are called ghost bikes. However, I happen to love your version alot better. Such a great way to up cycle an over loved bike.

There are videos out there who do modern. I personally am glad there are people who do the farmhouse, country, primitive, rustic etc. for those of us who love the uniqueness and charm of something different.

To avoid painter's tape bleed: Put the tape down. Paint over the edges of the tape with the original color. So, on your tray, paint over the edges of the tape with white first and let it dry. Then paint with the grey. The bleed will be white and match your base.

I love the houses! I’ve collected all kinds of houses for many years. Some are 3 feet tall down to 1 inch. All are done in different mediums as well from wood, ceramic, and hand built pottery pieces. I love my houses and I love yours too! TFS. Trish

Heidi if you take some ceramcoat matt varnish with a narrow brush and paint along your edges of your painters tape slightly overlapping onto the surface you want to protect , it will help with the bleed over on your surface by sealing the edges of tape to your project (hope this makes sense). Makes a big difference and doesn't take long and dries quickly. Love all your ideas. Thanks for sharing your many talents.. I
OK...such creative and cute ideas...but I gotta say...the antique ribbon spools! My favorite! 😍😍 I look for those all the time and they are hard to find and most times, expensive when you do find them, but my little ‘ole brain just did not think of your genius idea!! I Love books but i also love to decorate with them , old scruffy books look great just tied together with an old worn out leather belt (yrs ago kids would carry their books together with an old belt as fabric was precious and used to hand make clothes ect 😊 im going to make absolutely "EVERYTHING" you made here today as their all "so Gorgeous" 😍 "THANK YOU" so very much for the ideas and for showing is all how to make them!!! xXx

I really like the first aid kit which can have several important useful items added and it can be set around in the kitchen and look nice. Thank you. I have a very plain kit in a drawer but this idea you did will be a conversation piece other folks will want to do as well.
