Wow how spectacular was that video a very cool chesie system heritage unit engine and very awesome trains and an amazing long range CSX train meet and 1 DPU ALRIGHT very cool
I just love all the Different trains 🚂 going through on the different tracks. Thank you for taking the time to film all of them for us. ❤😊🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸😎🙏👍 Wild world of trains 🚂 it’s great.
Thank you for a wonderful video and have enjoyed all of them over the past few years!! LOVED the Chessie and beautiful restoration!! Like other fans, my wife Holley and I are going to try and get up there one day to see all of the action and maybe get to meet you... Appreciate all that you do and thank you!!
Thats a very cool Heritage unit, thats the 2nd one i've seen, saw one on another video. Love to have those as models! Looks like you have company on this video, other rail fanners
Train meets are awesome even from long range. Even more awesome is catching the Chessie System HU, sweet. Vance draws quite a crowd looks like. Awesome job Mike.👍🏼
Id be the guy sitting on the lawn chair just enjoying the trains. The Chessie is a nice looking HU, also the B and O. I'd be saying" hey, why dont you film on the other side, so our fans get to see both sides of the train".😊😊
The Chessie System heritage locomotive looked great. Liked that long distance meet the way the headlight just appeared. Fail fanning is picking up along the raiols in Dunkirk.
I would like to see a heritage for the Nickel Plate Road roll through Dunkirk. The Nickel Plate Road merged with Norfolk Western in 1964. The Nickel Plate route ran to Buffalo and on the Chicag and then South. @@WideWorldofTrains
actually i find them damn annoying and they tend to make you want to stay there and figure out what it is at times!! and frankly they can take that idiotic bell and shove it sideways it doesn't serve a purpose anymore!!
The symbol for the intermodal train that the Chessie System Heritage Unit was on in this train video was CSX I008 and CSX I008 comes from Rose Lake Illinois and it goes to North Bergen New Jersey everyday but nice train video by the way.
Great to see you welcoming fellow railfans. Gotta treat the younger crowd nice and bring 'em up right. Can't wait for the overdue CSX track repair to kick in. By bother's visiting and busting a gut at the barking seals again. Great action 'til the end, liked it much!
chessie and a grey hood today!!! i wish they'd just go back to chessie and have something pleasing to the eye this yella on blue sucks dogs!!! kind of strange having more than you at the crossing!!! have you noticed when you see work trucks by the line you almost never see any workers? what do they slip into the woods and take a nap? the last NS had enough coil steel on it!i counted 14 cars!
The Chessie cat roars again! The only info I could find is... 1980 General Electric B30-7 I don't know how accurate that is because I've never heard of a B30-7
Hello there sir, just wanted to let you know. I caught the same Chessie system 2 times this past week. First time Greenwich, Ohio second time, New London, Ohio. I thought I would. let you know you take care now, sir.
@@WideWorldofTrainsOh I forgot to tell you the video on that. Will be out on August 5th from Greenwich, Ohio. The New London one don't know yet is still in production.
Another "hallmark" Bay Line boxcar shoots by @5:31 with its trademark "arrow band", topping the usual "mish-mosh" of graffiti. Those two mysterious "hand-me-down" boxcars (that precede Bay Line) are among countless others that appear on CSX manifests that I can't help but wonder about (their heritage)...in many cases, all that remains of them are cryptic road numbers in their original schemes. M560's other highlight was a nice EMD DPU @6:40...you know the refrain..."Alright!!!" 👏👏👌👌
I’m hoping that one day when I’m old enough, I could get a permit driving test and if I pass, I’ll be able to drive anywhere or even come to this area if I wanted to! Anyway, nice job with the video Wide World of Trains, especially the csx Chessie System and the B&O I believe!
What awesome train videos this is why you're my only RUclips railfan I watch that was awesome that you got to meet a fellow railfanner speaking of the CSX chessie system heritage unit I remember there was a video on social media that that came out a while back just saying that they got done painting it p.s

The chessie locomotive in the trailer was AB thirty, - 7.
No, no, no...Chessie was (and still is...in our hearts) a pussycat...she purrs.
He is motoring jack!
One must be safe
Agree..."lounging" in a lawn chair trackside (in the ballast, that close) is pretty stupid. That's a "rail buff" for you...👎
A great rather long mixed freight with a DPU and a cool green hopper! How much better could it get? 😊😊
You got that right!
July 24th M560-173 cars with a DPU after 98 cars
It sure looks like those train cars are hopping over the street

The c in CSX stands for chessie and the s is for system
I believe the S is from the Seaboard line. The X no clue!
As I understand it, the 'C' stands for Chessie System, 'S' stands for Seaboard System, and the 'X' is a multiplier symbolizing the merger of the two.
