As a Florida gardener, I absolutely loved this! Thanks so much!!!🌴🌴🌴🌴🌴
Glad you enjoyed it Topaz! 😄 And yay for another Floridian 🌺
You are 👏 amazing. Thanks for producing wonderful content. I look forward each week and I am inspired.
Thank you Tanja! 😄 Every week 😳 I am so appreciative 🥰
What a beautiful video you have inspired me to plant more natives to attractive the pollinators. Thank you 🐝🌺
That makes me so happy Kim! 😊
Cool video. I'm a mammal and reptile guy so still learning my butterflies. Have my yard all set up in second year of natives. Just need my Fogfruit groundcover to come in and it will be complete!
That is awesome! And howdy to a fellow Tampa Bay neighbor 😄 Frog fruit ground cover will be amazing. I'm working on a test patch in my yard. But will your garden really be complete 😂? LOL
@@WildFloridian well.....complete as in no more dirt patches after getting rid of lawn. LOL. Starting to think the fogfruit not going to be aggressive enough like my mimosa to keep weed grasses out. Oh well.
Thanks that was a nice enjoyable video and of course I LOVE ❤️ butterflies 🦋
😄🥰🌺 YAY! I'm glad you liked the change of pace.
Beautiful and very motivational to start my own butterfly garden.

Thanks, you too!
What a great way to start my day! ☕️ ☕️ ☕️
Hubs and I are planning to move to southeast FL, so as a northern gardener I find your channel helpful and inspiring, especially in using native plants for bees and butterflies. I’m a little nervous about the (larger!) spiders and other critters that will be in our yard. Could you please make a video about your experiences with other FL insects, spiders, etc.?
I'm so happy you will be joining us down in Florida! I love that idea! I will add that to the upcoming video list! Let me know if you have any particular questions, I'm here to help! 😄
Well, I have googled the subject extensively, so again I’m just curious about your personal experience being a Floridian, but a few things come to mind: What type of plants and landscaping do they seem to prefer? Is their presence seasonal or year-round? I am 110% anti-chemical, so what is a humane way to naturally repel the more creepy crawly types without repelling the bees and butterflies, if that is even possible/wise? Thank you for everything!
So cool!
Love this video! Truly very very peaceful! Which county in Fl are you in? I feel like down in Miami Dade we won’t get much variety 😞
I live in Pinellas County aka Tampa Bay. I've seen some people down in that area who are getting the variety... if you put the plants they will come. It took time for me to get this variety. We are getting more and more types each year. Don't lose hope... your garden will be able to attract some butterflies that won't come this far north... like the Atala Butterfly! Florida is a great migratory causeway and gets 150 additional species during spring and fall. If you build it... they will come 😄👍
@@WildFloridian definitely feel more Inspired!! Thanks ❤️❤️
Beautiful
Thank you Nancy! 😄🌸🌼🦋
