- Best adjustable dumbells for small home gyms in my opinion!
Pardon the audio quality drop and increase at the 34min mark, I wasn't filming with my mic on that day!

Thank you for the in-depth look. Think I'll pull the trigger and purchase these.
Hi James! Thanks for the view and comment. Yeah they're great, mostly metal and cheap. Plus the flexibility for drop sets is my personal fave. Sometimes I need to do single leg hip thrusts as the weight isn't too high, but I think the 55s are a good size. Make sure you get the stand too. Check out my other vid on the stands if needed!
Sorry the audio kinda sucked, I'll do a one yr review and go into detail on the weights again!
Good luck with your work outs!!
Thanks for the review! Your video helped a lot with the purchase decision.
Hey Denis! Happy you got good value from the vid! New year new you! Let's get fit!
I've been meaning to do a 1yr later vid with better audio. But ya still same comments, I rly like the weights!
Thanks for the in-depth review!
Hey doctor Qwerty! You're very welcome.
Sorry the audio was kinda crap, after that vid I got myself a mic.
Maybe one day I'll do another review!
Which set of adj dumbbells did you end up getting? There's some good deals on the bow flex for Prime day! But I think those ones are just okay
@@kingsleychan the audio was fine! I placed an order for the NordicTrack on Prime Day, but I think I'm going to cancel my order and save for the MX Select. Reading the bad reviews for the NordicTrack makes me think it's not very durable. Also it seems that NordicTrack has horrible customer support if anything does go wrong
Dang, you answered the exact question I had, thank you. Already ordered my 85's!
Hey Oscar, hah cool cool. What was your Q? I can share more insight if you want. I srsly think these are the best and best value metal adjustable dumbells out there right now. They work great! I use em often, wish I could say everyday but gotta stop being so damn lazy and work out! haha
@Kingsley you covered it pretty thoroughly. But my concern was how the plate connected once engaged. I was paranoid they would falloff during certain exercises, like when they are over your head. But I see they lock in they cannot detach. Thanks again, great review!
@@oscarontiveros5117 oh ya ya. I like their design. I often lift just 2 or 3 plates as last last drop set, and they hold as long as you know which side to apply force to. Hard to explain in text, but as soon as u figure out how the played attach, there is only one of 4 ways it can come out. It's a good design overall. I like it.
Very coo, channel bro like the dumbbells
Hey Fred! Thanks so much. You looking to pick up a set of adjustable dumbells for the home gym? I did a lot of researching before deciding on these ones! Let me know if you have any Questions, happy to help.
