- Hermitcraft season 9 episode 23! I finish the biggest and most over the top storage system ever built in Minecraft. I'll build 10 unique interior designs for the shop in Scarland that contain my storage modules. I'll tell you about the mob that I'll be voting for at Minecon live. We meet up with RenTheKing and he gives us the challenge to build a vault to protect the server diamonds. Also, I update you on the big Hermitcraft charity stream on October 23 at 11:00am PDT / 2:00pm EDT. I hope to see you there as all of Hermitcraft streams for charity!

I like how for big builds, Scar does a time-lapse, and for small he just does a twirl. Getting scarred for life was one of the best decisions I ever made

Little late to the discussion, but I believe in the Grumbot AU where Mumbo becomes mayor; instead of you loosing the key to the diamond throne safe, you ended up locking yourself up in the safe and nobody ever found you again.

Thought we wouldn't be able to see the chests, but everything looks great. My favorite store is the bookstore and coffeshop. It has a magical, mysterious atmosphere. Well mister, you have a talent and creativity. I am very impressed! ❤

the bookstore/coffee shop interior is absolutely stunning
The trapdoors detailing on the staircase was probably my favorite detail in the whole episode

I actually gasped out loud when I saw it. It's so pretty.
I lowered my expectations when scar said he the interior's work has been made more difficult because he built the chests higher up in the first place. Then he show us the furnished bookstore, it's even better than the previous interiors, what the heck? The location of the cheats are so perfect that i would have said "wow scar well planned" if i just looked at the result. Totally astonishing

This season will likely be pretty much over by the time 1.20 releases. Generally, new updates come out around June, meaning this season will have gone on for about a year and 3 months. I believe the longest season of hermitcraft was season 6 going on for about a year and a half, but considering they like to time it so that they start a new season with a big update and then have the season go through another big update (season 6 started with 1.13, got 1.14, then ended in time for s7 with 1.15 and went into 16, etc.) season 9 will likely end and have 10 start with 1.20
@@apersonwhomayormaynotexist9868 Yeah it probably will but at Minecraft live they announced that we will be able to test some of the new features in a few days, so hermitcraft could in theory update to that new snapshot, obviously they normally don't do that but if the snapshot doesn't contain too many bugs and their mods get updated or just don't break they could potentially go for it
There's no telling when a season will end (prime example season 8) so S9 could be the first to go through 3 updates, but you are making some good points

The Big Red Building's interior actually dropped my jaw! All of these are amazing but that one is by far my favorite, it's fantastic!!! You even manged to make the elevated storage module fit seamlessly!!!

I LOOOOVE what you did with the mangrove wood corner building! Using those split staircases to help you reach the storage makes it look so unique and magical, and the coffeeshop tucked underneath is so cozy!
When it's all done, Scar needs to host a hide and seek for all the hermits in Scarland :D

I actually squealed at the bookstore interior reveal. It's so pretty! All the interiors are super cool, don't get me wrong, but you really knocked it out of the amusement park (._.) with this one. Nice job, Scar!

The organics cafe was so beautiful I quite literally cried!! Plus imagining all the beautiful book themed builds that will come along with the new bookshelves from minecraft live today! (Will miss the wonderfully detailed tuff gollum block though RIP)

That was so many interiors! The purple terracotta looks great and the living roof/cafe area looks so beautiful, the spore blossom helps blend the organic floors with the wooden areas so well.
I'd love to see some armour stand visitors when it's all ready to open

That bookshop/coffee shop makes me feel like being inside the pyramid in Epcot Orlando. For those that have never been, it’s a big pyramid inspired by the ones in Mexico. On the inside it looks like you’re outside at night. There’s shops in the style of a market and a Mexican restaurant. A ride also runs through it.
While scars shop is t a vast as the inside of the Mexican pyramid it has that same immersive feel to it. Such beautiful interiors. I can’t wait to see more (but I will because it’s important for you to pace yourself, scar. Don’t exhaust yourself!)

I would love the Sniffer to be a solid mob. So we have moveable platforms. Both player moveable(boats & stuff) & automatically moveable by it free roaming. Would make for some interesting builds & mini games.
Nothing better than watching Scar after a long day. I was a mumbo, grian fan, use to watch other hermits as well. Watched some scar vids one day and I think what makes him the best hermit is how strong and positive he is. Super talented and can say he is the best. Keep it up Scar your amazing mate

Omg scar, love the new interiors-especially the mangrove/warp coffee shop/book store. But You need a building for Jelly. Like you can put her in it and theme it to her. Like make jelly her own little bed, maybe some toys, and just a lovely, luxurious little home for a cute little cat.

They should add all 3 mobs. It's sad to see all of these great ideas just going into the trash can to never be seen again.
I've heard from one of the other hermits that the other mobs don't get permanently rejected! Just put back into storage to maybe be re-used or re-designed in future updates.

Honestly I have to say that the book store/coffee shop was my absolute favorite out of all of them and I'm absolutely blown away at how well it turned out!! I'm also really amazed at how the others came out, but the book store/coffee shop is my favorite!

scar when you revealed the bookstore/coffee shop i literally gasped. its *stunning* and so incredibly detailed. probably one of my favorite things ive ever seen built in minecraft!
Scar’s videos are one of the only ones I always make sure to watch on my big screen TV rather than my phone. I feel like they’re works of art that I want to enjoy fully like a tv show on the comfort of my couch.
