It's sad to hear of the mental issues and unless u have been massively successful like Brian it's hard to understand what happens when that success starts to fade or should I say being in demand starts to fade.. someone super talented like Brian would find this harder than most musicians. The video is more of a self statement and if it helps him to feel better then fair enough.
