    I ate 10 eggs per day = 300 eggs per month I'm planning to increase up to 16 eggs per day . Saturated fats isn't the issue it's quite the contrary is fruits and vegetables because they have phytotoxins in them and what's that well it's basically how they defend themselves against aggressors which is ultimately poison for you . Right now I'm on animal based diet so no veggies no fruits only meat eggs and milk and cheese plus butter . You can know all about this by learning about biochemistry. I thought you ate 180 eggs in a week not a month 😬

    If im tryign to cut weight down is it beneficial for me to eat just the white part

      @@notirockers4592 no that’s the best bit, just reduce and track your fats from other foods through the week. Does that make sense?

      Totally makes sense sir so should i stick to just the white part or can i add the yolk too

      ​@@notirockers4592, you have not got it! Yes, eat the whole egg. White and also the BEST PART that is yellow. The yellow is not to be thrown away but eaten along with the white part. You are not supposed to eat that hard shell but some people have blended them into food for animals. So, we can try that also. In short, eat all the insides of the egg.
