Well rounded, great advice, and very much inline with what I've been researching over the last 8 years. Body building and learning nutrition, (and fasting) dramatically improved my life. I got into fasting first (EOD diet) and lost weight so fast, it bounced me into trying to gain some muscle because I was huge and didn't want to get flabby skin (lol). But once I started training, I just never looked back. Anyone can do what I did. I'm now 50, lean, muscular and basically in the best shape of my life. Great vid and looking forward to more if you can find the time.

Weekly volume is the key, if you can split it into multiple days, trained more frequently, definitely has benefit in terms of growth, but if time is the problem, one body parts per day, only hit it once per week, is not bad idea as long as you reach the total volume, avoid junk volume for sure:)
Maybe fake, but maybe not. In any case, he is right. Dropping plates is a good way to crack or break them. If you can't lower them in control, lower the weight until you can.
Is there any evidence thats not trust me bro that proves frequency is more important than volume? From what I've seen, the evidence states that increased frequency can be advantageous given that volume is equal. That's not the same as it being more important than volume

@@notirockers4592, you have not got it! Yes, eat the whole egg. White and also the BEST PART that is yellow. The yellow is not to be thrown away but eaten along with the white part. You are not supposed to eat that hard shell but some people have blended them into food for animals. So, we can try that also. In short, eat all the insides of the egg. Okay?
I ate 10 eggs per day = 300 eggs per month I'm planning to increase up to 16 eggs per day . Saturated fats isn't the issue it's quite the contrary is fruits and vegetables because they have phytotoxins in them and what's that well it's basically how they defend themselves against aggressors which is ultimately poison for you . Right now I'm on animal based diet so no veggies no fruits only meat eggs and milk and cheese plus butter . You can know all about this by learning about biochemistry. I thought you ate 180 eggs in a week not a month 😬
