This will be my first trip to Disney World I'm very nervous because I have fibromyalgia Crohn's and IBS but I really want to go for my daughter. Great video! I think you did a really good job explaining everything. This video makes me feel somewhat better.
Thank you for this insight! Have a trip planned for next week my son has so been looking forward to but then I went and sprained my knee, trying to decide if the trip is still doable.
Can you park an ECV in stroller parking? For example, a person can walk but is using a scoter because they can’t walk long distances. But they could walk in the line. Does that make sense ?
Hello, i am planning to go to Disney and Universal in August, I am undergoing treatment for my knees since I can not walk far and I am taking my own wheelchair. My question is: In case there are steps to access the roller coaster, is there any secure place to leave the wheelchair at the entrance? I am afraid it could be stolen.
Thank you so much for this information! I am going to Disney in a few weeks and I just injured my foot… Were you able to get a das pass with your injury? I am trying to figure out if mine qualifies for das. I will be in a wheelchair but might be able to walk short distances and might be able to stand for around 15 min hopefully. Do you think I qualify?
I have a disability I have used a DAS before Covid and the awful genie plus. I want to do a solo trip with the DAS. Show how Disney accommodate handicap with DAS and solo line, and maybe with genie plus.
Are wheelchairs or scooters allowed through all of the lines? I know you mention some rides you can’t actually ride it onto the ride itself. But I’m just wondering about my papaw who can’t stand for long periods.
When you go to City Hall, do you have to prove your disability or illness? My husband has a chronic back pain that does not allow him to stand for a long time. Impossible for him to walk through a whole park. Did we need a medical report to acces the DAS?
Advice from a guy who is plainly walking with no disability. Mmmm ok 👍🏼 I guess that’s a outsiders point of view. Was hoping to get actual advice from someone who has a disadvantage but ok!
It’s unfortunate since some of the information is for Deaf people. He probably doesn’t know that lipreading is crucial to there comprehension. And anyway he can’t get away from the rules of the park. At least, you can activate de Closed Caption. 🤷🏻♀️
This is super helpful, I've been really nervous about using a handicap scooter because of my bad back.
Really great! There aren't a lot of videos out there like this. So glad you did one & with so much great information!
Thanks for explaining.
I have a knee injury and will be using a motorized scooter on my next trip.
Thank you so much for this. i recently had ACl surgery and didn't want to miss out on our vacation because I couldn't stand in lines
Exactly the info I was looking for. Good to know that we can rent a scooter/ECV and park hop and not have to pay again that day.
Thank you so much for this video!

I highly doubt it would be stolen. It will be very safe!

No you don't
But yet they don't have a restroom with a changing table or a hoist for severely disabled guests. Absolutely shocking 😢
