    imo that home is worth every penny of the £2.5m ......incredible space and layout and it looks solid and warm. Awesome presentation 👏

    Beautiful home may i say just wanted to see more of out door garden wud have been nice also how many do you need office room there loads

    Although you mentioned the home had underfloor heating, BUT WHAT form of heating, direct from the boiler with piping via gas, or Electric…..?? If it’s electric it will cost thousands to keep this home warm …? Myself I would always specify gas…?? far economical in the long term…..great home…

      @@jadebel7006 YES….. I know a number of people who spent this kind of money for a home and now struggle to cover the costs….. This home is under three million NOT THIRTY MILLION….. you need to get out more……..

      The house has a ground source heat pump for heating water and air recycling inside which are more efficient, so they say

    The stairs is definitely dangerous for young children to go up on it !!
