Tama can actually ONLY control SMILE-fruit users. They pointed that out during the Onigashima raid, as I think someone suggests she could just do it to Kaido. So unless the World Gov uses SMILE users, somehow, or fields actual animals, she won't be of that much help.

Kuina will probably become a doctor, and the Ussop Pirates kids will probably make the most of their lives by training hard, but there's no way that any of the villagers will go along with becoming subservient to a Yonko they never even met.
The remnants of the Whitebeard pirates and Marco as their Leader will definitely team up with the strawhat Grandfleet , the blackbeard pirates is really going to be crushed on the upcoming war specially Shanks and Buggy Yonko crew are all allies.

Being affiliated with the World Government and being a yonko territory are not mutually exclusive. Fishman Island has been affiliated with the World Government since they signed a treaty 200 years ago. During the last few decades, they were also the territory of 3 different yonko; Whitebeard, then Big Mom, and now Luffy.😊
FishMen Island is not Luffy’s territory yet. He said he was going to claim it once Big Mom was defeated. He still needs to officialize it. I am inclined to agree but I theorise that something major will happen during Loadstar spurring the straw hats into action and instead of purposefully travelling to each island to rally allies, big news Morgan will broadcast the strawhats assault on Mary Geoise and that is how each island will become aware of the situation and rally together of their own accord to come to the strawhat's aid in the most dire moments of the war.

Bruh this went deep outa nowhere. When I was in 1st grade I was separated from my class for a month or two maybe, and placed in Soecial Education due to ADHD and the teacher was a real piece of work. The only island that Luffy claimed immediately was Fishman Island, and I don’t recall him claiming any other island… Except for Fishman Island… he helped liberate dress Rosa and other islands, but he did not claim them… They may become allies, but again he did not claim their island as his.
I think Koby advocating for Luffy will be the deciding factor in turning those islands that have a strong marine presence but still have love for Luffy against the world government
The Ark is going to be used to save a LOT of citizens of the One Piece world, either the fish-men & merfolk or/and the humans drowning. It's so cool actually that this all makes sense now with the world flooding. Will Oda even do something with a rainbow? Maybe weatheria creates a rainbow bridge downwards for people to walk to dry clouds. The Torino Kingdom people could even still be safe by climbing the huge tree! Maybe Kuma sent the Strawhats not only there to allow them to get stronger, but to plant seeds for this moment so when the seeds sprout because of all the water they might burst into helpful plants or something!
I feel like even asking that question is ignorant, the answer is too simple to put any weight on or spend time thinking about. It's either 1. The entire planet - since the WG is gone and the entire world looks up to him as their saviour, or 2. No territory at all - there is no need to protect specific islands and just as with Luffy's logic about being pirate king/not a ruler binding the crew to protect islands is limiting his freedom.
I’ve always been a strong believer that any island Luffy liberated (Drum, Dressrosa, Wano) or has allies in (Amazon Lily, Alabasta) should be Straw Hat territory. A lot of the places need the protection and the Grand Fleet could be their protectors.
In the Syrup Village Arc noone in the village aside from Kaya, the three vegetable kids and the goat knew that Luffy and the 3 other crew members protected them right? So shouldnt the Syrup Village not be included in any territory talk (also the ShuShu and mayor in Orange Village probably didnt brag Luffy and Zoro retaking their village after they chased them out right? Queen Vivi and her direct subordinates could and (maybe even) would assist Luffy. she is no stranger to convincing other people fro her ideas and from what is right and what is wrong. if her people love and admire her, they will do their best to help and to support her. especially if the world gets flooded again. and if these people are loyal to her queen, many of them will help, support and protect her against anyone who might be aggressive towards her. even if most of them would be too weak and no match for the big shots in the final war, they will still do their best for their beloved queen.
I disagree with the point that not everyone that Luffy has helped will fight back. Oda made a point of showing Vivi making connections with other Luffy supporters at the reverie and now she is somewhere where she can reach pretty much the whole world, I think he is going to use her to bring everyone together.
As for the Goa kingdom, well Sabo is a rightfull ruler to the throne and a revolutionary so it is possible that Goa would rally under Sabo and Sabo would definately help Luffy. Shanks would maybe shrug and allow this, he would probably even just give Fusha village to Luffy because it is his home turf.
Luffy would absolutely drop everything to protect the Baratie, he said so himself on Whole-Cake Island. If he would do it for them, he absolutely would do it for the other East Blue Islands.

Hard to say considering Luffy couln't care any less about expanding or conquering, but it just comes naturally as people give in themselves. When I was in 1st grade I was separated from my class for a month or two maybe, and placed in Soecial Education due to ADHD and the teacher was a real piece of work.
My mom didn’t like my disposition after school and got me back in to my regular class.
And my teacher ( my first favorite teacher BTW), came up with a solution where she would give me a little empty plastic cup.
And every time I would act out of impulse I would get a little colored golf tee in the cup.
Once I collected 5 tees I would get a time out 😅
I wonder if he will claim hte entire east blue under his protection. At the very least, the islands of close peoples homes. Unless of course East Blue get wiped of the map by Evil. At this rate, it very well can happen.

Luffy only left fishman island like 2 or 3 months ago which is crazy to think about and hurts my brain. He doesnt have a need to go back so soon
The only island that Luffy claimed immediately was Fishman Island, and I don’t recall him claiming any other island… Except for Fishman Island… he helped liberate dress Rosa and other islands, but he did not claim them… They may become allies, but again he did not claim their island as his.
I think Koby advocating for Luffy will be the deciding factor in turning those islands that have a strong marine presence but still have love for Luffy against the world government
The Ark is going to be used to save a LOT of citizens of the One Piece world, either the fish-men & merfolk or/and the humans drowning. It's so cool actually that this all makes sense now with the world flooding. Will Oda even do something with a rainbow? Maybe weatheria creates a rainbow bridge downwards for people to walk to dry clouds.
The Torino Kingdom people could even still be safe by climbing the huge tree! Maybe Kuma sent the Strawhats not only there to allow them to get stronger, but to plant seeds for this moment so when the seeds sprout because of all the water they might burst into helpful plants or something!
I feel like even asking that question is ignorant, the answer is too simple to put any weight on or spend time thinking about. It's either 1. The entire planet - since the WG is gone and the entire world looks up to him as their saviour, or 2. No territory at all - there is no need to protect specific islands and just as with Luffy's logic about being pirate king/not a ruler binding the crew to protect islands is limiting his freedom.
I’ve always been a strong believer that any island Luffy liberated (Drum, Dressrosa, Wano) or has allies in (Amazon Lily, Alabasta) should be Straw Hat territory. A lot of the places need the protection and the Grand Fleet could be their protectors.

In the Syrup Village Arc noone in the village aside from Kaya, the three vegetable kids and the goat knew that Luffy and the 3 other crew members protected them right? So shouldnt the Syrup Village not be included in any territory talk (also the ShuShu and mayor in Orange Village probably didnt brag Luffy and Zoro retaking their village after they chased them out right? No SBS mention I think even) And if your talking about Alabasta where Only the Queen and several people knew what the strawhats did for their country, shouldnt Dressrosa have at least been mentioned here cause every single person in Dressroba know what Luffy and his Allies did plus they made 2 statues there of Lucy and God Ussop? But If Realistically Speaking Luffy isnt taking territories but hes more like protecting his friends who so happen to be in that territory from Camie to Good Ol Gaimon right? He said so that he isnt ruling but wants to be the pirate king because of the freedom and some not so randomly specificly mentioned dream that literally the whole fandom doesnt want to know about.
Queen Vivi and her direct subordinates could and (maybe even) would assist Luffy. she is no stranger to convincing other people fro her ideas and from what is right and what is wrong. if her people love and admire her, they will do their best to help and to support her. especially if the world gets flooded again. and if these people are loyal to her queen, many of them will help, support and protect her against anyone who might be aggressive towards her. even if most of them would be too weak and no match for the big shots in the final war, they will still do their best for their beloved queen.
I disagree with the point that not everyone that Luffy has helped will fight back. Oda made a point of showing Vivi making connections with other Luffy supporters at the reverie and now she is somewhere where she can reach pretty much the whole world, I think he is going to use her to bring everyone together.

As for the Goa kingdom, well Sabo is a rightfull ruler to the throne and a revolutionary so it is possible that Goa would rally under Sabo and Sabo would definately help Luffy. Shanks would maybe shrug and allow this, he would probably even just give Fusha village to Luffy because it is his home turf.
Luffy would absolutely drop everything to protect the Baratie, he said so himself on Whole-Cake Island. If he would do it for them, he absolutely would do it for the other East Blue Islands.

Hard to say considering Luffy couln't care any less about expanding or conquering, but it just comes naturally as people give in themselves. My guess is he'll become Pirate King & abolish systems, freeing people from territories & he'll just phone it in & just travel with his friends until he passes on.
Having "Straw Hat Territories" goes against everything Luffy & Nika stand for, since his ultimate virtue is freedom.
i think kyros could really be a huge power if he got his leg back somehow. maybe leo stitches a prosthetic on him so he can move it like a real one idk

In the one piece film strong world Luffy actually was leaving the grand line because their home islands were being targeted by the big bad of the film.
