True. Rondo wasn't a great shooter, but he made the defense honest by taking shots if given to him. Ben makes his limited game even worse. A detriment to the team with his play.

Ben in my opinion overthinks the “best basketball play”. He says he makes the best play all the time. In his preference to pass first he has lost sight of himself being the “best basketball play”. This was not the case in his first 2-3 years where he attempted 10-15 field goals. Doc when he arrived also said he wanted Ben to be his facilitator like Rondo. Jacque has also hinted similar. He needs to go back to his rookie year to understand how to balance the “best basketball plays”.
I wouldn’t say it’s doc fault tho BEN was having 1 point playoff games before he even came. This is on Brett Brown
