I’ve met Nasser in person, he was very kind and friendly, spoke many languages fluently. He was misunderstood and robbed on stage time and time again. A true world class bodybuilder who lived and died for bodybuilding. Palumbo is a backstabbing snake for saying what he said.

The Professor was highly intelligent individual.
He had a degree in history, political science and sociology.
He was not like the rest of us. He spoke 7 different languages Serbian, English, Spanish, Italian, German, Arabic and French.
His father is Egyptian and his mother was Serbian.
He was born in Germany, but he was representing Yugoslavia/ Serbia.
Everything he ever said had a meaning.
For example when the lady asked him "where are you from"?
"Um i think this doesn't matter"
He said it because of his diverse upbringing. Not to offend anybody. Country he was born (Germany) his mother country and a country his representing (Yugoslavia/Serbia) or a country his father is from (Egypt).

I remember being up late night watching tv back in the 90's and came across the 98 Olympia. I remember like it was yesterday seeing Nasser walk out on stage and my jaw hitting the floor. He is who got me into bodybuilding. I couldn't believe how big and symmetrical he was, his lats were so large he couldn't hold his arms straight down. I bought his DVD series Nasser On the Way and studied his training and trying to match some of his weights. I got close in some but he was a monster. It was a very big new gym at the time and a great place for university students with a few hours to burn to keep in shape away from pissing it away on very cheap beer at the uni bar. The young guy there was a serious massive off season figure. I never got his name it probably wasnt Nasser, but I’ve never forgotten the impact of seeing that guy work out. Different full muscle bellies, dynamics, and concentration. Representing the brand definitely influences the winner of the Mr. O. He was definitely not who they wanted to represent the brand.

The one thing I can say about Arnold was that his arm size was unequaled for his body weight. Ronnie Coleman weighed 300 lbs. & had 23 inch arms & Arnold weighed 230 & had 23 inch arms. If Arnold bulked up to 300 lbs.,he would have had 30 inch arms. Arnold's formula was 1 inch for every 10 lbs. of body weight. Many body builders had stick arms compared to Arnold's & that's why he won 7 Mr. Olympia titles. Arms are top priority of the judges.

Absolutely love Nasser but when he spoke about having a job besides bodybuilding it makes me appreciate Coleman more as he was a cop of all things while training and winning

Nasser died at 47 from a massively oversized heart... typical of steroid abuse. Nothing to admire about the life of a drug addict. May he rest in ignorance.
