I love the flavour combination here, underrated at best! The tart looks amazing - like a piece of art! The piece of tart that was dropped/fell is 100% relatable!
I came back to give a review on this recipe. Finally!! I've finally found a pistachio tart dough that's not only tasty, hold and cuts well but also bakes up perfectly. I 3x the recipe hoping I'd be able to use that amount of dough for a 10in tart pan but it wasn't enough. It was more than enough for a 9in though. Today I plan to 4x the recipe so I can make a 10in tart. I made a sm batch of pistachio cream that I spread on the cooled off crust. Then I made a vanilla pastry cream to put on top of that. Then the raspberries that I glazed with apricot jam. It was a delicious bite. If you haven't tried the recipe for the crust you may want to. It's a keeper. I have no plans to look any further. Thank you so much. My search has finally ended... 🙌

I just tried making a pistachio tart. I had to put it back into the oven because a part of it didn't bake up all the way. Im so disappointed in the recipe I used. It's one by a well known pastry chef too. It was impossible to roll the dough out because it has so much butter in it. She has us rolling the dough out between 2 pieces of plastic wrap just like you but that didn't work. I basically had to roll it out the best I could then patch parts up. It's very hard to find a pistachio tart crust, just the crust online or on YT. Then I found your recipe/ch. If I wanted to make this to fit in a 9 or 10 in tart pan should I 1.5 times the recipe? Please respond as soon as possible. I need to make another tart using a pistachio crust but I don't want to use the one I just used. Thanks in advance... 👍
