300 means nothing. We're all different and the amount that helps make a guy feel good is different. Doctors need to base the amount of test required by listening to their patient.

Mine was 103 about a month ago. I had to get off trt last September because of high psa. Had an mri done of my prostate and it came back good. My psa is dropping, but it is still elevated at 4.7. Not sure what to do. My body is inflamed all the time. Zero libido.
