Battle of DIY Budget Treadmill Motor Controller/Power Supplies MC 2100 Vs SCR with Rectifier

I have done several videos on power supplies to use a treadmill motor for variable speed shop tools. The two budget options are to use the power supply that came in the treadmill or an SCR voltage controller with bridge rectifier. Because of these videos I have had a lot of questions as to witch one is the best. I put this video together to compare the better treadmill board to an SCR. This video doesn't really cover much on hook up but the other videos I have do.
