when you turn the project to do the other side of the row each time, do you chain 1? (are you chaining one at the start of a new row only, or chaining one everytime you swtich to the other side of the row, so chaining 2 per row?)Does that make sense lol. Or do you not chain 1 at all until the flap part?
I have a ? Instead of cutting it off after u finish the foundation could I do another row of hdc, to make it a bit wider for my book? And this was a amazing tutorial
im so confused because whenever i do it, it shrinks while im crocheting and it gets tiny and i cant fit my book in and it has a bunch of holes which is so annoying

You’re probably decreasing at the end of the row or maybe even in the middle. Make sure to count your stitches to ensure you’re not skipping any!
