I was already 16 when you mentioned that she came out so I was looking at other things lol. I did have as a child something similar to your coloring wheel of the models. Here in the states we had “fashion plates”. It was basically the same concept except mine had split up pieces that you could arrange and color. I hope you have the best holiday!
