The can am XMR 1000 is garbage i had one the biggest peice of junk I've every had clutching is horrible out ot the box first thing is clutch it before you even take it out of the garage it'll eat the belt ,then you have to put an after market exhaust and tuner on it to control its over heating issues it will melt the fenders ,lower a arm bushings in the front are cheap tefflon you wont get 4k on them they will have to be replaced,take the cheap nuts off the inner tierod ends connected to your stearing shaft there not castle nuts and replace them with castle nits drill them and put cotterpins in them mine came loose and ruined the end of my stearing yoke(only bike ive ever seen that dont have castle nuts on tierods) seat is cheaply made all the staples came out of mine had to replace the seat cover twice,dash cluster fogs up hade that replaced three times visco lock front diff is garbage but the newer models got giff lock now so thats fixed seat was as uncomfortable just like riding a bull,transfer case is a nightmare to do a service on,all the rad lines leaked because theres perama clamps on the hoses and caint be tighten,top pans leaked oil with less than 1k on the bike,the engine got tons of power BUT it gives off so much heat it will cook your legs on a hot day even had to replace the seat and the rear fender one day the bike got that hot it melted it almost burned its was a total lemon only pro for this machine is the power other than that on a scale from 1 to 10 id give it a 2 total disappointment in can am for building such a peice of junk.

Something Like This Would Blow People's Minds. In America,, Not So Much Because U Guys Are Used To World Class Products.

If you look at the drivetrain, diffs, shocks, frame and other underpinnings, I'd swear it shares them all with the CFMoto.
