Hindi po conflict area ang Liguasan. Gusto lng po ito protektahan ng MILF laban sa mga mapagsamantalang politiko at gobyerno na mayroong pansariling interest, lalo na sa potensyal na langis na makukuha dito. Mahal namin ang Ligawasan, mahal namin ang Maguindanao Province. Mahihirap po kami dito sa Maguindanao pero napapanatili namin ang pagmamahal sa aming lupang sinilangan.

water from mt. apo pass by here in M'lang then to liguasan from the east. Lake paglas from the south. liguasan is visible on top of the highest hill in M'lang, so much beauty. Lets all protect this land.

Correct me if I'm wrong tingnan mo sa map ang mga pinakadulo ng Rio grande de Mindanao tila nakaabot ito sa agusan del sur from cotabato city and liguasan marsh to pikit, pagalungan (montawal), Kabacan, carmen, parts of bukidnon to agusan..at almost half parts of mt.apo goes to liguasan marsh..and some parts of south cotabato and sultan kudarat.. huge catch basin ang liguasan marsh dito sa central Mindanao salamat sa kanyang existence without it maybe cotabato city will wipe out by water..

Ang Liguasan Marsh po ay nasa libro ng Philippine history kung hindi po ako nagkakamali sana po hindi ito mawala sa sting history book dahil sa papalipalit ng edition. Ang Liguasan marsh ay nagsisilbing catch basin tubig ulan para hindi bahain ang karatig lugar at pinamamahayan ng endangered species na may kapareho sa Australia at Indonesia na sa buong Pilipinas ay sa Liguasan marsh lang makikita.❤

This kind of Jacana can also be found in the swamps and previous fish ponds in Cagayan de Oro, specifically in Barangay Kauswagan, Bayabas, Bonbon up to Barangay Igpit Opol, Misamis Oriental.

Those found in fishponds are Common Moorhens which look similar to the Comb-crested Jacana.
