fresh pasta, 100g flour 1 egg per portion, make a bulk of pasta sauce (half peppers, half tomatoes on a tray, 90 minutes @ 150 -> mix up -> heat up again and add basil(to taste) lemon(about 3tbs worth per tray of tomato/pepper mix) salt, pepper and lastly a tiny bit of brown sugar) chicken filet (large packs frozen are super cheap!) let let them unfreeze, then chunk them up. start to fry 1/2 red onion and 1 clove of garlic per chicken filet, when chicken is coloured, add half a lemon per chicken filet. -> -> amazing food i eat it almost every day ^,..,^ my corridor mates seem to approve aswell!

I spent one month this year in Peru. The food is incredibly tasty. Like the best I've ever ever tried. And I'm a foodie, a big foodie.
The best was ' sushi fusión ' which is sushi mixed with peruvian cuisine because of japanese immigration in Peru. So so so so good, maki with sauces, with ceviche-like fish on top, oh those sauces on the sushi were really awesome.

Hi, I'm Peruvian and you might want to try something called 'lomo saltado' basically it is sautéed beef with onions, tomatoes and Peruvian chillies. Peruvian food is all about the fusion of different cultures and this dish brings together some Chinese cooking techniques and Peruvian ingredients. Try It!

There was actually a place in Dublin, Ireland called Worscht that did different hot dogs; different meats (or veggie options) and different toppings. It was a great concept, but sadly it needed more time to perfect their dishes and in a year or two (maybe less) they changed/was only a pop-up.

My mom cooks the best Peruvian food! It tastes just like home. Definitely, a must try is the papa la huancaina. It's a special sauce that can be put on anything, pasta, potatoes, or rice! And then it goes well with a green arroz con pollo :) glad Peruvian food is getting recognized for its deliciousness !

I live in Korea and recently near the end of 2014, a shop opened selling chocolate marshmallow pizza and at first it did sound a bit weird but it happened to be just like a pastry instead of a meal like a regular pizza. Basically it's a simple dish with dough, melted chocolate as sause and marshmallows arranged on top. I haven't tried it yet but I don't find it too intriguing as it just seems like a sugary pastry..

OK. PERUVIAN. THIS IS OUR YEAR. YES. THANK YOU
NOW FOR THE BIG LIST :D
    - Tiradito (if you liked ceviche, you'll love this)
    - Chifa (Chinese/Peruvian food, can't get any better): Arroz Chaufa, Tallarin Saltado, Lomo saltado and whatever you can get your hands on
    - Pastel de Papa con Rocoto Relleno: look it up, just look it up B)
    - Adobo Arequipeño ( Adobo pork meat in a broth made with beer/chicha, spiced up with rocoto pepper, aji panca, garlic, onion, oregano, cumin, sometimes sugar or even chocolate and others like black peppercorn and bayleaf)
    - Aji de Gallina: can be made with chicken but hen meat is preferred, it's OH SO GOOD
    - Anticuchos: Cow's hearts (sounds eeky but trust me, IT'S NOT) marinated and grilled to perfection, with a side of potatoes and really spicy rocoto pepper sauce
    - Sushi fusion: it's a must
    - Litterally anything seafood: Majarisco, arroz de mariscos, jalea, chilcano
    - Seco de cordero: It's green from the cilantro, it has lamb, it's a juicy stew, comes with a serving of the best rice you'll ever have, what else can I add?
    - Sudado de pescado: Fish stew, has tomatoes and onions and small french fries... I'm already salivating.
    - Papa a la huancaina: Boiled potatoes served with Huancaina sauce (Aji, onion, animal sweet crackers, peanut etc), lettuce, boiled eggs and black olives, simple yet unbelievably yummy
    - Pachamanca and Cancacho: these two are kind of hard to describe, look them up
    - Pollo a la brasa: One of Peru's signature dish (also sold like fast food), whole chickens marinated in a super secret recipe (not really, but it's yummy), slowly roasted in a rotisserie oven, served with fries and salad of your choice (Really, you haven't lived if you haven't tried this)
    - Arroz con pato: rice cooked with cilantro, spinach, beans and other goodies, topped with a nice piece of duck meat that has been cooked and marinated in beer
    - Menestron: Our version of the italian classic Minestrone
    Desserts:
    - Picarones or buñuelos: Doghnuts much? these will make doghnuts look unappealing.
    - Suspiro a la limeña: Meringue and a strange yet delicate sweet sauce that looks a lot like english cream custard but tastes like clouds and sun, suit yourself.
    - Turron de doña pepa: Ask any peruvian hahaha. sticks of crumbly dough stacked like jenga, smeared in molasses and sugar syrup, and covered in heart/star/any shape candy. sometimes comes with dates or apple wedges.
    - Helado de Lucuma/ anything Lucuma: Lucuma is a fruit found in Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador and Chile. I don't think there is anything that tastes similar to it, but try Lucuma Ice cream and your dreams will come true.
    - Queso Helado: It's like vanilla Ice cream, but better.
    - Mazamorra morada: You may be familiar with Tastemade's thirsty for, look for the chicha morada recipe, add to that cooked apples, dates and peach wedges, cook it with some corn starch to make it gooey and boom.
    - Alfajorcitos: Dulce de leche and drumbly, yummy dough...
    - Chocolate caliente peruano: It you like hot cocoa, or mexican hot cocoa, or aztec hot cocoa, you'll definitely love peruvian hot cocoa, served during christmas season with a nice piece of pannetonne

I don't know if this would count as a food trend, but there was a major hot dog craze that hit Vancouver a few years ago. Japa Dog as the name implies, is a Japanese hot dog company that uses Japanese ingredients such as seaweed, yakisoba, tempura, etc in its hot dogs.

They've got different meats and flavoured sausages, more toppings than i knew existed and you can either get one of the ones they designed or make your own, and unless you go mental with the toppings it's usually less than £4 a hot dog. I lived around the corner from this placce last year. Good times.

I think in this video you asked us what gives us the thing to cook,, Well, I just had to respond to this.. Because I am on a very limited budget, I don't eat out, I cook all my meals. You have been instrumental in the way I cook. I just have loved your videos. And as I am as old as your Grandmothers.. I will gladly be a substitute Granny for all of you .. Hahaaaa.. I have no Grandchildren.. so you can be them.. Just kidding.. I made my very first no knead bread and I am amazed at how easy it was to make..Thank You for being on You Tube... You all are the Best.

Sorted Food is called Sorted Food, but I've never seen them sort their food. (Even though Ben seems like the person to do it.)
