This quarantine has just about everybody gaining weight...please please people let's do what we can to decrease the numbers because I want to go play outside next year without wearing a mask.

I gained weight and started macro counting the end of May and I’m down 20 pounds

Oh yes definitely agree that making my bed is a must in the A.M. I feel so out of order if it's not. A messy bed just makes for a messy room.
I feel the opposite 😰 I don’t know what I’m doing when I’m so put together😬. I love how a bed looks when it’s made but I love getting into my bed regardless getting out is what hurts 😞 but her routine is awesome I wish I was more disciplined.
I just was talking to my daughter's and daughter in law over the weekend about us starting back working out and cut back on the over eating thank you 🤗🙏

I agree with you about making your bed. I’ve been making sure I make it every morning. It does so much for me mentally. Especially since working from home I feel like I’m more productive and of course your room looks clean and welcoming when it’s time to go to bed.

Fall is in full effect at my house. We recently started some healthier routines and cant wait to see what the rest of the year holds
I love making my bed every day but I am a working mom so I leave before anyone else gets up. BUUUT, when I get home, in the evening I make it! Something about having the bed made before I climb in 😀😀. Also my hubby does it 50% of the time. So that helps!

I love that Uriah doesn't get up until you come get him. My 5 year old and my 13 year old have always barged there way into my room demanding that I wake up when they do which was usually 5am. Lol. He is adorable. Loved this video and the outdoor plants are gorgeous.

Yessss something about a fresh made bed. Funny story, one time I was running late and absolutely couldn’t make it up. When I got home it was probably was time to go to bed. I ended up making it up and literally 5 mins later I got in it. 🤣🤣🤣
