I've started to do some of them 5 mins if my lunch hour when I go into work. One of my Managers noticed me , and made a positive comment to my teaammates. Most beds are not that low.
No worries! You can do this movement on any kind of bed! You can even do these on a chair or couch. It doesn't have to look exactly like ours. :)
