The bomb starts blowing up in 1.45 not 2.47 as on this video....why?

Wait a minute... how come some of the policemen can stop/send civilians, while other can only arrest them and lead them away one by one?

agentorange153 police officers CAN stop or send civilians... maybe you didn't know

So why did he have them arrest civilians and lead them away one by one? Isn't it a lot slower this way?

agentorange153 It will be even slower trying to evacuate an individual with the stop and send command thats why the stop and send command is only for crowds and leading away civilians is only for individual people

But there was a yuge crowd in front of the building -- so why didn't he use the stop and send command for that crowd?
