Cut gas on the main pipe? I've done it at the very beginning of mission. It'll explode anyway. :)

If you want to have 100% it helps, otherwise you can igrone it and only cool down main buildings

You need to protect 3 powerplants and admin buildings and keep fire within facility. Everything else can burn down. :D
