I thought about why the storyline seems similar to their other albums, Love Yourself, Wings (kinda) and for me it symbolizes real change in oneself and growing up as a person (kinda like Jung's individuation): First they had to realize that there are good parts AND bad parts about themselves (Wings era, Jin kissing the black winged statue and the boys each singing their own songs) but getting to KNOW something about oneself is not enough to make real change in a person (it's similar in psychotherapy)... In Love yourself era they tried to hide the "bad" parts, almost losing themselves in the process but they realized they can't run away from it since it's them in the end. They need to accept the bad parts also, all about themselves actually. And so the Love Yourself era ends witha acceptance and FEELING the need to love oneself and being on the way for this love (Answer:Love Yourself). Now that they KNOW and FEEL theat they are a complex person with many sides in themselves and it's ok, they can discover more about themselves (Shadow, Ego, Persona, whichever part) and it won't harm them because now they are capable of being kind to themselves and accept anything that comes their way on this journey... :)
Txt is more towards younger generation audiences I hope their music matures tho just like Bts as the older they get the older their music grows with them sry gotta be honest not digging it personally but in terms of story if they don't right but not too much interference.
I see the 4th group concept photo to be a passing of the torch from BTS to TXT. As BTS does their time for their country (starting with Jin going to the military), TXT will be there as Bighit’s main group, helping us to heal ourselves with their music, just as Bangtan did for all these years. It’s like Iron Man passing the torch to Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. I have my preconceptions of the coming album and tour, and it’s so bittersweet. But at the same time, I’m so so grateful for everything. ARMY Forever. 💜

I always love the way you explain things. I don’t know but I might be over thinking things right now but I feel like BTS might be saying that they might be gone for awhile. Since Jin is up for a military service this year. It feels like they might serve all together at the same time. And them trying to tie up with txt is like them giving the baton to their younger brothers to keep it going. To keep the story going, to keep inspiring and helping others (their fans) to love themselves, to look within themselves in order to understand the journey of reaching individuation. I feel like the death that was mentioned here is them leaving for awhile (for their military service) which means no new music, no music videos, no concerts, no BTS run, no bon voyages and no new photo shoots for two years. And the rebirth is when they comeback after their military service and I hope in full force too new music, new concepts, new styles and new visuals. I know as an ARMY mom I have been spoiled by BTS members ever since I started my journey with them which was in 2016. The year I got introduced by my sister to kdrama and kpop. First heard of BTS in the kdrama goblin. First music and mv I heard from them was boy in love skul luv affair. And the rest is history. I got sucked in into the black hole of BTS universe.

Your analysis made it clearer that the journey they’re taking is an endless cycle and we all go through the same thing, the same cycle. Jin said something about it in the photoshoot for it on their channel: “The theme is ‘The Last Supper.’ I don’t think there’s a theme we didn’t do” :) I also wanted to say they looked so different, Tae's eyes in the 3rd photo are so pale and yellowish/green. I love it; it's so pretty too. Turns out we were both right about BTS transforming into swans in the 1st and 2nd concept photos. Hoseok said the theme was swans. "Desire to be black swans and the insecurity and anxiety that comes along with it, that’s what we’re expressing" I was waiting to see the photoshoot video since you uploaded your analysis on all the concept photos, they actually talk about what's going in each one. They uploaded the video yesterday on the 20th.
Right away these concept photos reminded me of TxT and Dionysus. TxT the imagination and magical part of all of this, the 4th concept photos remind me of Harry Potter. And the inner part with Dionysus which is another perspective. I saw the reference to the Last Supper. In the longer photo, why is there a lobster in front of Jin, Namjoon, Hobi, near Taehyung and not the others?? There is a lute or mandola instrument in front of Jin. They all look so serious, reminded me of MMA 2019 performance, it's cool. The 3rd concept photos are still a little strange feeling. The 4th concept photos look a lot lighter and fun especially that first one. I love all these photos :)

Yes! The txt BTS connections are so prevalent. In V’s VCR from the final concert in Seoul, you see the same lightbulb explosion that you see in txt’s magic island MV. The massive door in runaway can also be seen in V’s VCR and can be seen in several Dionysus performances. Interesting, right? There’s more similarities than I can count tbh.
Nice video but I don't think that the group photo on version 4 has anything to do with TXT. I think it just referees back to the Love Your Self Answer concept photos since in the group photo Tae has alien antennas on his head, same thing that he was trying to portray on the LYS photos, that when they debuted era he was called the alien of the group. Plus his wearing glasses on the black and white photo same as in Idol, the song that was about people judging them and telling them what to not do. Same thing goes for Jimin, his pose is very similar to the concept photo of LYS, the black and white one. Namjoon has cat ears just like in Idol and on the black and white photo with Jungkook I think they put them together since Jungkook had always admired Namjoon. For the rest I haven't picked up something yet but I'm sure you can find something.

Great catches with the imagery from the TXT videos. When I saw the lightning bolt I instantly thought of the Japanese MV for Run Away. Huening Kai shoots the same lightning bolt down and then Yeonjun is shown to have the power of Thunder and is shooting a lightning bolt when they go through the different fighters part of the video.
