Same here. It sounded like he’d never tracked a car until he was disabled. But after he did he never stopped. Once he’s in that car his “disability” no longer hampers him but instead he becomes one with it. This is his therapy and it’s beautiful to watch. This guy took what life gave him and made something special. Incredible driver and human. God Bless him going forward and hope to see him again on the channel.
I'm really proud of our disable brother. You're a true DEFINITION of DISABILITY IS NOT INABILITY. You've learned to turn wounds into wisdom and enjoying life. The strong do not loom on other people's paths, neither do they trade in happiness, nor do they beg for love. Stay strong and go for it.
Amazing lap, without considering his personal challenge that was an amazing lap, his corner speeds were insane especially for a guy trying not to slip from his seat ! Great post Misha, we need to see more of this guy, the way he passed the slower cars clearly shows his balls were not injured.
"the way he passed the slower cars clearly shows his balls were not injured." This is one of the best comments I've read so far here on RUclips, since it not only makes you laugh, but also because it almost is an understatement!
Guy is simply legend 😮 Misha i have seen how you drive, but he is controlling every second of this track, everything is under perfect control. He is much better driver then lot of people without disability. Respect 🙏

Keep spreading the knowledge so people don’t think everyone with disabilities is “helpless”.

His lines on the road, as well as putting in the throttle at the right moments, braking at the right moments. Damn he really is a pro. Overtaking everyone. Really nice, super impressed!!
Couldn't have said it better. I also thought:" What an incredible understanding of the Track. Hits the throttle way before any understanding about the next corner. Great line."
It's very interesting to see how he works with the modifications for throttle and brake and still shifts with the paddles. I mean, that's a lot of work you have to do with your hands. Great lap man. great lap. I enjoyed it!

I watched the whole thing, I am impressed! The driver is very smooth, especially considering getting thrown around in the seat and having to keep his hands stable which have low shoulder support from seat and having issues that dont allow pressing his hips firmly to the seat etc. This seems to be a haven for him, I bet he would enjoy a custom simulator for the days it rains or snows. Misha always meets such grand people in his sessions.
Very very rarely do we see Misha so quiet and focused, even rarer is to hear him swear. And to see him calculating and processing what he is experiencing to such a level was almost a one off. Very impressive. Homie definitely needs a harness and a seat that keeps him from moving around so much; few people realize that when you have lost control below the waist there are a lot of muscles we aren’t thinking about that we use all the time and take for granted. I imagine that could be quite disconcerting as a driver to be bounced around so much without leg and gluteal muscles to brace with. I give him all the credit; I wouldn’t be surprised if he was quite competitive in racing. Cheers! 🖖😎👍
My dude is getting it done! I'm a 34 year (driving) paraplegic myself and I believe that our ability to brake better than many able bodied people is because we sense more through our hands & fingers. I really like his setup, could you provide info about it please? Does dude havve a YT channel?
That's a very valid point! On my motorcycle I feel so much more through the brake lever and any change in traction is detectable as opposed to my feet that are doing dumb things. Even on the bike, the rear brake requires a different type actuation. While popping a wheelie the rear brake can be controlled but its still rough compared to the front where the lever has more feel.
This video flies straight into my personal top 3 Micha content of all times. Talks straight into the heart ❤️ Edit: not primarily due to the disability itself (have both a colleague and a reletive each in a wheel chair and both too driving very well behind wheels of similar setups) - but doing it soo smoothely on the edge, almost perfection for each corner in early brake and very fast out, perfect feeding, down gearing, trail braking, etc, etc. It's just a pure joy watching again and again, at least as good (if not better) as watching Micha being a guest with Kubica behind the wheel. There can't be a handful of this guy. Just supreme.
My father worked all of his life as a driver (private and taxi). Quite some time ago, and due to diabetes, he lost most of his right leg (decapitated from the thigh down) and half of his left foot. Now, he drives normal cars with the remainder of his left foot (+ prothesis extension), no custom hand controls. I tell you, he's 10x better the driver I am and every single day I keep learning from him. This gentleman, along with all the "special" people and my father are a true testament that, for whatever reason when you lose a power, God makes you and the people around you much stronger and more resilient. Respect to you Micha for reminding the world how supermen really look like!
awesome lap. no holding bak just on it from the get go. think Misha enjoyed the lap n also Misha was thinking how did u get through that corner so fast. laser focused as well. was thinking the same thing Misha, he should be racing but is he allowed to race.
There's lots of guys like him with racing licences, there's a guy in GT3 or GT4 racing in the US this year, can't remember his name but he has to do driver changes during the race, Rj in Oz
Very much enjoyed this lap around the ring. Thie gentleman has fantastic smooth connecting lines from corner to corner. He uses the midrange of the engine without abusing it which provides a stable and controlled car with excellent transitions without binding the car in the middle of the corner and allowing it to release out to the end of the exit. Beautiful to watch. Once he has full race seat and harness holding him inplace he will immediately be quicker. Thank you gentleman wonderful video.
What an inspiration this guy is, truly amazing taking into consideration he doesn't have the balance that a fully abled driver has. The way he has mastered those hand controls is sick!!
I drove the Nürburgring with hand controls several years ago (very slowly in a lifted Dodge Ram!), but this dude's driving is on another level. I've never seen dual-throttle hand controls like this, and would love to learn more about it. Misha, please feature him again, or do a more focused video with him, in the future if you see him again -- even if it is in Deutsch with subtitles. Such an awesome video and amazing lap. Mahalo to both of you!
@@btd1114 I see that one, but he also has a thumb-controlled throttle above the brake lever handle on the right side. He said he uses that one in cornering, and the left side throttle lever for straighter/less challenging driving.
@@chetubetchaIII Basically the right thumb lever is the same rod going to the other side. On the left you are pulling to accelerate, on the right you are pushing to accelerate.
That is fantastic. Man I was smiling through the whole video, what a guy, a true legend showing that a disability doesn't have to stop you from having this type of fun. Great video as always Misha!
Amazing. Just speechless. That guys a wheelman. I cannot speak for this, but I would imagine learning a different balance in a wheelchair could potentially help him in the car. He said he drives better now Than before his disability.
I just see a very fast lap with a very humble dude behind the wheel. Nothing special, just doing what he loves and doing it very, very well. I am happy such companies exist to make everyone keep enjoying their passions. Kudos, and to you Misha for being able to take us with you, uncensored, asking the right questions and giving mad respect to everyone around you. Much appreciated.
Inspiring is an understatement. I literally had shivers watching this! And he made it look so easy and smooth, like a pro! Huge respect and keep on driving :)
I used to work for a coach company, the owner was disabled in a wheelchair, he had two coaches that were designed with a lift ramp and hand controls for each coach so he could still drive the coaches when we were short on drivers. I drove it a few times, and each time I used the hand controls instead of the foot controls, so much fun!! I can say from experience though that going at those speeds with hand controls would be very difficult!!. So even though it was a giant coach and not a sports car I can still appreciate the diffculty and just how impressive that driving is.
That was so smooth men, steering with one hand and hitting all the lines that's just amazing! incredible skills! Thanks Misha for sharing videos like this to your community! Keep being humble you're doing just great 👏👊
Thank you Misha for the variety of videos you shoot. this one will be remembered as the most impressive and inspiring. the expression on your face speaks for you. big respect to the driver he has the passion in his hands.

Exakt ! Hätte ich nicht besser beschreiben können. Eine wirklich beeindruckende Runde.
So much heartfelt love for the man who refuses to be held back. Massive respect mate
His insta is in the video description
This video flies straight into my personal top 3 Micha content of all times. Talks straight into the heart ❤️
Edit: not primarily due to the disability itself (have both a colleague and a reletive each in a wheel chair and both too driving very well behind wheels of similar setups) - but doing it soo smoothely on the edge, almost perfection for each corner in early brake and very fast out, perfect feeding, down gearing, trail braking, etc, etc. It's just a pure joy watching again and again, at least as good (if not better) as watching Micha being a guest with Kubica behind the wheel. There can't be a handful of this guy. Just supreme.
This is always going to be my favorite video on the channel.
"Don't judge a book by its cover" at its finest. Very impressive driving, especially when even Misha is in awe.
Absolutely Incredible, Real Passion can never be stopped. This definitely goes in the top 10 Misha Videos
Magnificent driving. . The speed he carrys through the corners is nuts. Misha I love your expressions. Awesome video
awesome lap. no holding bak just on it from the get go. think Misha enjoyed the lap n also Misha was thinking how did u get through that corner so fast. laser focused as well. was thinking the same thing Misha, he should be racing but is he allowed to race.
I wouldn't know why not
There's lots of guys like him with racing licences, there's a guy in GT3 or GT4 racing in the US this year, can't remember his name but he has to do driver changes during the race, Rj in Oz
24h NBR or VLN is my dream...
Thank you men
Very much enjoyed this lap around the ring.
Misha doesn’t want to admit that this legend is a better driver than him haha.
What an inspiration
never let disabilities hold you down. what a superb driving man :) love it
What an inspiration this guy is, truly amazing taking into consideration he doesn't have the balance that a fully abled driver has.
It's not dual throttle, those are paddle shifters and his throttle is behind the left paddle shifter
@@zorrothebug Ah, roger that. Makes sense! Thank you!
He drives so clean at high speed, so impressive and an inspiration for many others. Really, great driving!
This one is great. Always shift at 6.5, break only a little and balancing into corner, not turn.
That is fantastic. Man I was smiling through the whole video, what a guy, a true legend showing that a disability doesn't have to stop you from having this type of fun. Great video as always Misha!
What a MAD lad. Absolutely stunning driving skills
Amazing. Just speechless. That guys a wheelman.
I cannot speak for this, but I would imagine learning a different balance in a wheelchair could potentially help him in the car. He said he drives better now
Than before his disability.
Man, I could watch his laps for hours. The M2 sounds so good too. Love to see a future videos of him with the seat harnesses.
This was AWESOME! Need to show my friend this video, just so he has better reference points for cornering speed 😂
Thanks for the ride, both of you, the lines and direction changes were perfect really interesting to watch haha good fun.
So even though it was a giant coach and not a sports car I can still appreciate the diffculty and just how impressive that driving is.
now tell me how you couldnt have a perfect lap because you had wrong shoes or the seat was uncomfortable! incredible! I take my hat off for this man!
When are you bringing the Clio finally :(
@@mgcharoudin next year i promise! need to make it a little bit quicker first...
That was so smooth men, steering with one hand and hitting all the lines that's just amazing! incredible skills! Thanks Misha for sharing videos like this to your community! Keep being humble you're doing just great 👏👊
This man drives better than most people these days.... Madness !! So great that he can live out his passion!
Thank you Misha for the variety of videos you shoot. this one will be remembered as the most impressive and inspiring. the expression on your face speaks for you. big respect to the driver he has the passion in his hands.
This lap is on that Kubica lap level! Just wow, wow! Big props to both you guys!
i see what you mean, kubica had better lines and that should be expected from him :P
they both drove them hard.
I'm also a hard-core Audi fan only but all of a sudden I have respect for this M2 miracles happen
Hallelujah ♥️
This is a absolute fantastic driver and your impressions say it all. Such a beautiful round 🔥
His confidence on track 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Incredible steering. Such an amazing person! 🤙🤙🤙
