    I recently rewatched the last dance and while Krause was wrong to drive out Phil Jackson, the man is arguably the 2nd most important reason the bulls have 6 titles. Krause brought in Pippen and Horace Grant which helped the Bulls during the first 3 peat and brought back Phil for the last year and got them another ring. He broke up the team and got rid of Phil Jackson after they had just won their 6th championship so he could start a rebuild. The Bulls haven’t won a championship since and haven’t even made the Finals. There’s no guarantees in rebuilding so why break up a team that could have possibly won it again the following year. Jordan said it best that team deserved the right to defend their championship and let a team beat them first. He told Phil Jackson before the start of the 6th championship season that he can go 82-0 and he still won’t be back as coach of the Bulls. He already decided to fire a coach who’s won 5 championships a year in advance before he ended winning a 6th championship makes absolutely no sense. So the animosity is understandable HOWEVER the man has passed away so no need to boo a man who’s passed away and to your point he put together the dynasty so he deserves credit as well. Especially don’t view his widow.

You or any of those lame fans were behind the scenes. You think the last dance is 100 % accurate? Y’all think MJ is perfect and has zero flaws. Steve Kerr in the past two years has essentially put the Warriors in positions to fail night in and night out. He has failed to recognize our shortcomings this offseason and did not encourage Dunleavy to invest into height. This season has been a nightmare for us and this may be how he leaves the Dubs, on a really bitter note.
    When Steve Kerr returns to Chase Center years after he has left the organization, every single warriors fan should be on their feet trying to get as loud as possible. This man has given me alongside the rest of dub nation some of our best memories associated with basketball. I will forever be grateful for all he has done for us he has long ago cemented himself as a Warriors legend.
    I would be completely embarrassed and livid if any of our core throughout the years is treated the way that Mr. and Mrs. Krause we’re treated last night in Chicago. That’s despicable. Hopefully she forgives them and returns to an incredible ovation to from the Bulls fans who know that this was wrong.

    People today no longer have any decorum, any class, any sense of protocol or respect.
    This is a sign of broken families, influence of mass media, and pervasive violence in our world today. Up until about 15 years ago this would have never happened at a special moment like this. Krause’s wife is a grieving widow and something like this would only set her back. It probably took a lot of effort and energy for her to work up the courage to come out for the evening and have her late husband honored. After hearing all of the boos it most likely upset her a great deal.
    I lost my Dad 11 years ago and my Mom still has difficult days and days where she doesn’t feel like going anywhere. When we do get her out she has to muster up a lot of effort and courage.

    Its official Bulls fans have overtaken Raptors wishing n praying for opponent injuries as the most classless fans in the NBA

    • @80teg
      @80teg 10 месяцев назад +5

      The 2 are not even close to being the same:
      - Raptors cheered a steal and fast break, which happened to be because of KD tearing an achilles
      - Bulls fans who were at that game KNEW FOR A YEAR that tonight was the ring of honor night, and KNEW Krause was dead, and (like every other honored dead) KNEW HIS FAMILY WOULD BE THERE ON HIS BEHALF.

      Not a bulls fan but people are allowed to like and dislike who they want, YOUR organization put you on that stand, YOU put yourself in the street for any and all love, hate it don't matter. Call people classless or whatever you need to, they'll keep booing and doing what they want. FUCK JERRY

    Doing that to a person memorable in your organization? You would need a Donald Sterling-level of reason. A Karl Malone-level of reason (Especially for a man who's deceased). Do you think that overwhelmingly negative response was partially due to "The Last Dance" documentary? This wouldn't be the first instance of a person/group of persons feeling upset or getting disrespected because of it. And I felt that it wasn't even supposed to put those in the organization down; I felt like it was to show how impossibly difficult it is to keep the business and its employees above water for as long as possible. At least for the fans that weren't alive to see that full Bulls championship run.

    MJ showed if they would have give the keys of the Franchise to him, if it would be like nowadays where players play an instrumental role in decisions, the bulls would have won nothing. He would be a great player with no success. He can't win sh*t as a GM. So he should be thankful to Krause. Thanks to Krause MJ is considered and rightfully so to be the goat. Otherwise it would be LeGM.
    Circumstances also define your legacy.

    Bulls made an error not showing Thelma Krause right away on the scoreboard after showing Jerry’s picture. Its a ritual to boo Jerry Krause even during the championship ceremonies. The Last Dance documentary doesn’t help either. After they showed Thelma Krause the fans started cheering.

      @@earthwormsally2075 Krause wasn't respected by players and fans when alive. What imbecile thinks it granted after death. Especially when fanatical sports fans are involved. This is completely managements fault. People feign stupidity for their own reasons. That's on them.
