    why did i never think of chucking the tofu in the bag... i usually always use bowls and it is a pain in the butt. looks great
    oh and seeing you gave me a tip, to check if your oil is nice and hot dip a chopstick into it, when the chop stick bubbles it is perfect to drop the tofu
