No 100% after replacement. First boot I got non genuine message. Second boot it was normal but only 80%?

use 3u tools to flash and fix battery health. it will restore to 100%

Changed battery to the letter as in the video, booted up and iPhone just flashes up apple logo and off again. connected it to my MacBook to try and restore phone but says unexpected error... all I have now is a phone with a computer symbol and lead on the screen... what a waste of time and money...

Really disappointed.. I had so much high hopes. Also the place where you plug in the bms is kind of a hard spot. I eventually broke my bms board because i used a tag-on to get the 100% but could not bent it in any right way.

Today I try KILIX on iPhone 11 with iOS 17.3.1. No 100% 😞 Battery is 77%. Any why to fix this with KILIX ?
