I very rarely use a pallete as a stand alone palette, i usually mix palletes together. So when I look at new palettes I always look at how will it go with what I have and picture which of my palettes I will mix it with.
Yeah me too! I pick 3 to 5 palettes from my collection (depending on size) that I want to use, or go nicely together, and I'll play with those until I've had enough and then I go shop my stash again. Sometimes a colour story inspired me but I can always tweak it a little with one of then other palettes I have on hand.

The dark teal in the last palette is Pleiadian (plee-ADD-ee-un). Referring to the Pleiades( PLEE-uh-deez), or Seven Sisters, a cluster of stars in the Taurus constellation (also figures in Greek mythology). Also my favorite look, this palette is very tempting to me! 💚💙💜
The look with the Jingle Bell Ruby looks like something I expected from the Dragon Eye palette. The packaging of the Dragon Eye is absolutely stunning, but when I saw the inside, I was disappointed. I agree it looks too neutral, and i expected more Greens. Thankfully, Dede's Signature didnt disappoint, at least in color story. I might check something out from them next time!

My friend is Vietnamese, and is into Asian beauty, but she said she wanted something sparkly because she doesn’t have any sparkly eyeshadows. The bejeweld together with pastel garde, that was my first thougt to. I alwayw bring something darker in when i use pastel garden. But i really love the quality of that palette. To combine those beautifull darker colours with the pastels 😊 i can’t wait to play with them ❤

I basically, enjoy rewatching these videos when i'm close to purchasing a product...I have a brown skintone but I can appreciate Angeschka's swatches / looks...believe it or not it works....Thank you for all your hard work & dedication 💜 I personally, LOVE when a brand create their products with matching or cohesive packaging / complimentary art designs. I can definitely understand the Bejeweled Palette that seems a bit mixed up/scattered colours it can be confusing or just make me feel uninterested in getting a palette especially if the colours don't look complimentary...For me, I was kinda disappointed in the the DRAGON EYE palette colour choices since it doesn't actually match the INSANELY INCREDIBLE GRAPHIC DESIGN & PACKAGING aside from the shade SCALES being a definitive match to the design. I would seriously rush to get the palette solely for the packaging thinking it would have similar colours but then change my mind after seeing what's inside. I think those colours may have been better with a more sweet,softer or/and romantic idea. Loved the all green look the most 💚 & also the last look is perfect for a fancy denim👖colour inspired look...All your looks are always awesome...I like metallic, shimmery, dramatic, colourful looks the most...I always look forward to it & even those days when you do a neutral but with a hint of colour.

The book was of course better but only because it had more time and his inner monologue to provide information The dragon palette swatches look so pretty! Ensley Reign seems like a cool brand too!

I kind of wonder if what’s up beauty and Bella beaute bar made these palettes to work with their other palettes. I keep thinking about using dragons eye with geodes if I need a matte green. Also this bbb palette seems like it would really work well with their pastel garden palette. 🥰
I took myself to see the new Hunger Games movie last Friday. I loved their casting choices for Dr. Gaul and Dean Highbottom. Currently in the midst of rereading the book as well. The movie felt a bit fast paced, but they did have to pack quite a bit in.
The Dragon palette really does need a darker matte maybe in place of that bright salmon shade. For me, I love the packaging, I love the quality of the multichromes but there is a kind of disconnect for me of the outside and the interior. It feels like it doesn’t match and when I look at this palette in my collection, I won’t think of the interior. If that makes sense.
I bought the Ensley Reign palette. It’s so gorgeous and I love the look you did with it. I specifically wanted it because of the mix of pastels and darker shades. Every time I see that What’s Up Beauty palette, I want it so much, but then I calm myself down by reminding myself that it’s really the packaging I love. The shimmers do look pretty, but I don’t think the mattes are special, and I can’t justify the cost based on that.
Ooooo that Land of enchantment palette is tempting af because I don’t have any pastels in my collection but damn that’s pricy. Anyone know of the shimmers are sparkly if used with a light hand or just straight up metallic?

I took myself to see the new Hunger Games movie last Friday. I loved their casting choices for Dr. Gaul and Dean Highbottom. Currently in the midst of rereading the book as well. The movie felt a bit fast paced, but they did have to pack quite a bit in.
The Dragon palette really does need a darker matte maybe in place of that bright salmon shade. For me, I love the packaging, I love the quality of the multichromes but there is a kind of disconnect for me of the outside and the interior. It feels like it doesn’t match and when I look at this palette in my collection, I won’t think of the interior. If that makes sense.
Same here. I like the packaging and I like the inside. They just don't go together.

I bought the Ensley Reign palette. It’s so gorgeous and I love the look you did with it. I specifically wanted it because of the mix of pastels and darker shades. Every time I see that What’s Up Beauty palette, I want it so much, but then I calm myself down by reminding myself that it’s really the packaging I love. The shimmers do look pretty, but I don’t think the mattes are special, and I can’t justify the cost based on that.

Ooooo that Land of enchantment palette is tempting af because I don’t have any pastels in my collection but damn that’s pricy. Anyone know of the shimmers are sparkly if used with a light hand or just straight up metallic?
