- Kostas Sloukas looked stunning in the first half, but got quiet during the rest of the game. Meanwhile, Olympiacos Piraeus overcame a tough crowd and defeated Panathinaikos Athens in overtime, 88-78.
During the game, there was a moment when Canaan got into a conflict with Panathinaikos head coach Ergin Ataman. When the game was stopped, the Olympiacos guard came in to listen to what the Turkish coach was telling Kostas Sloukas, which sparked a furious reaction from Ataman.

@@gysahlfields7506You checked wrong because you checked all leagues. In European games olympiakos leads 15-7 and that was without yesterday game. And it's important to check only European games because in Greece we had a the vasilakopoulos phenomenon. Check it.

My first euroleague game highlight video, loved it! 2 small remarks: it would be nice if each highlight is 2 or 3 seconds longer so you can see how the offense develops. And it would be great if the tumbnail doesnt show who has won.

I think Sloukas played selfishly towards the end- perhaps because team plays didn't work. Overall, the deck was ridiculously stacked in favor of PAO (players missing, home court, reaction to the Super Cup, momentum & fouls during the game etc.) but still Olympiacos somehow came out on top. Both sides need to (and propably will) improve a lot as time the season goes on
