Ive been playing genshin for a long time but im new to character builds and teams and ect. I've only started learning those things recently. I have a hyperbloom team similiar to yours: on field nahida, xingqiu, kuki and beidou. I've found that beidou works very well on that team but i still haven't figured out why/whats her purpose on the team. What i see people saying that shes not good on triggering hyperblooms nor you want her on EM. I was hoping you could explain to me what her purpose is since you have a similar team 🥲. (Btw I also own Ayato, if you own xingqiu I would also like to know why you prefer Ayato over him on this case). Either way, great video I loved watched it :)
She is the only electro chara who doesnt annoy the main hyperbloom dealer (usually kuki or raiden) and at same time she provides big ass personal electro aoe damage with low key survivability (shield + electro res + 37% interruption res like xq has one) so if the line up is aoe beidou is perfect candidate for 4th slot in hyperbloom
Just like@@eriksiget-rv5ff said. Beidou built with normal emblem build for aoe/multiple enemies situation is really strong. Beidou burst doesn't touch the seeds so she doesn't trigger hyperbloom. So beidou here works as extra damage for aoe since hyperbloom kinda lacks on aoe, giving you resistance to interuption and some shield(her constellation). I aleady did the team you mention before with xingqiu. Overall they perform quite similar. It is just a variation if someone want their xingqiu on the second team or they don't want to play xingqiu. ^^ what previous commenter said, her burst bounces between enemies, it doesn't hit the bloom seeds so it doesn't get stolen. it's one of the reasons raiden + neuvillette + beidou works so well together, raiden can hyperbloom from afar and beidou c2 gives a shield and her burst is pretty good, as long as it's not single target :D
@@sriram151092 beidou only steal hyperbloom when she used parry(her skill) and the initial burst casting. The burst jumping to each enemies doesn't touch the seeds.
