Our family lived in Ofunato Iwate until 2015. In 2011 we lost our home from the earthquake and tsunami. After that time we often watched Totoro and Kiki to feel calm. Then, after divorce my daughter and I would watch these movies together as our way to stay connected to our good memories in Japan. I am grateful to you for sharing this without ads so that so many can feel peace and sleep. I know my daughter uses this video to fall asleep these days and I thank you so much. I love Ghibli songs so much. They cure my sorrows. Everytime I listen to them, I only think of how beautiful they are and I can think more clearly. I will think about a more beautiful life that I can have if I try hard to overcome difficulties and don’t give up. Ghibli’s films do that to me, too. I wish Ghibli’s films will never end and there will be more of them on this world.

I have a couple sleep sound videos on RUclips and playlists that I listen to. This one by far acted the quickest. I was listening to it at about 6 p.m. just to hear what it sounded like and if I wanted to add it to my list. Next thing I knew I was waking up and it was 2:30 a.m. So yeah, it works. Just make sure you only listen to it when you're actually ready to go to sleep!
I listened to this again. I took high dose caffeine so couldn't sleep. Then I put this and slept like a baby and this is actually at its end. I dont remember finishing it.
This music brings back both beautiful and sad memories. The beautiful thing is that I managed to make memories with my little sister by watching some ghibli movies. Days past but she still looked past the horizon and hoped that one day she would meet her family again. As she closed her eyes, she woke up and found them surrounding her. Been using this video to let my child sleep since she was a newborn. Now at one year old i still use this to calm her even during mid tantrum 😊
