We’re flying there in December. Do you recommend renting a car? We’re planning on visiting the capital, brasov, Sibiu and but stressing about the snow.
Hi Sam, no need to stress about the snow, as any rented car in that period will be equipped with winter tyres and the routes you would be travelling are usually cleaned often as they are among the biggest in the country (highways and national/E roads). Also, train travel is an option, yet please consider a private one, not the national state owned CFR. For the private ones you have the option of buying online tickets as well. Hope this helps.

Depressing it can be, but it is clean. Certainly cleaner than your city anyway
