The countryside is a whole different side of Cebu. That’s where the action activities are either hiking, trekking, discovering water falls or joining the popular water activities and island hopping. Tourists come to Cebu directly and explore for these reasons.

Please visit the city of Zamboanga. They actually speak a Spanish Creole language there (mixed of approximately 75% Spanish and 25% tagalog). I would love 2 see U interact with the locals in your Valencuela Spanish language & see how much of the language U can understand. Your welcome!
No Chavacano is only 1% Tagalog or at least it can not be percieved when spoken. Chavacano only has tagalog because some young people do not speak the 3 other versions of the creole, which is 94% Spanish.

Jollibee is a Filipino fast food chain. The only local dish is Palabok ( shrimp taste noodle ) if you like seafood you will like this better than the sweet spag.i . Ube ( purple sweet yam ) and ,buco ( coconut )mango peach pie. Adobo rice is so yummy. The chicken is so crispy. Not a fun of the hamburger. Enjoy Cebu. Eat a lot of mangoes and mangosteen. .....other local fruits
maybe next to try is Mang Inasal for the grilled chicken. Mang Inasal is also owned by Jollibee Corporation. The way you speak and look reminds me of another Latina beauty, Sofia Vergara. ☺️❤️🔥
