Listening to it felt like seating with a good friend and enjoying a delicious meal without having to rush to get to the next thing. So precious. From my personal experience, eating Ice was an indication to me that my iron was getting low. This happened when I would stop taking my Iron supplements which were prescribed by the doctor.
Everybody, we all need to declare healing by taking the wine and the bread-Holy Communion. Psalms 103--Healing is part of the benefits package. Meditate on that. Jesus you are my Healer!
