The handlebars won't click in to the front wheel unless you remove the plastic "coil" thing on the end, very annoying and nearly returned it as faulty, instructions supplied could have been clearer 😂

Anyone help, i cant get the handle bars to click down or the wheel to click in properly. Not sure if faulty or doing something wrong. Any help be appreciated

I have a big problem!
When I want to fold down from front, I click in front red buton to fold down and nothing happend and stay fixed and the front is not flexible to fold down the front part.
Anyone know why?
