One of the rare guitarist on the planet that you "know" it's him playing, without knowing it's him playing. If I'm in a restaurant, or whatever and I hear music being played over the speakers and I hear someone playing the guitar --- I will know if it's Chris or not. That is special indeed.
Yes he seems to have developed a signature playing style. But I'd really like it if he stops doing these vocal ad libs in between the guitar playing. Its really annoying
Once in a while I hear Thom Rotelle and think it's Chris. They're buds and have a similar sound. Not that Thom is trying to copy Chris. We've sen Chris live twice now, and he's just as great in concert.
I purchased Chris's music and now this is all I listen to. When you have the best you can ditch the rest... I Ditched XM after 17 years... They kept raising the fee... Now they want me back... No way! I'll spend my money $$ on Chris's music...👍👍

I do, because Chris has one "pattern" that just makes me love his music so much, and listen to him so often: An absolutely superb musicality through and through, a totally cool and relaxing perfection, always a good mood in his melodic rhythms and a smile on his face, and on top a totally unique style, that is just different from anything else -- but totally enchanting, because it comes without any pressure or any "extra effort to enforce a difference for the sake of being different". It is all just 100% "natural flow", and 100% positive. Thank you Chris, from just another big big fan of yours. Stay cool, and keep on rocking ....
